Personal muy amable, en general buenas instalaciones pero con las observaciones de la habitación

La habitación muy húmeda y oscura. El techo tenía hongos de humedad, se escuchaba lo que hablaban en las otras habitaciones.

Lovely wish I could of had longer

I love the open space and the grounds of Selina, from personal huts to stay to a nice dorm building that was giving off Colombian vibes. There was gardens and lots of areas to chill out including the pool area and jacuzzi! Comfy and clean dorms and incredible staff to help you with info and anything you needed. Shoutout to Diego and Laura for making me feel welcome.

Some staff super helpful. Good views. Good breakfast. Pool and spa.

Some staff very unhelpful. Required to download an app just to check in. The road to the hotel is in poor condition. Rooms not clean. Dogs in restaurant. Mosquitoes can enter rooms.

Increeible experience, beautiful place and friendly staff.

Beautiful property. The room we stayed at was the Suite and it was fantastic. The view from the balcony was incredible and the hammock was a great touch. The staff were absolutely great and accommodating. The location is close to the main town of Filandia, the front desk can call a Willys to ride you to the town for about 20k (Colombian pesos).

Not enough towels were given (just 2 big ones) , but no hand towel or face towel. Also, no fan or AC.

The property is lovely, set in a rural location with beautiful greenery all around. We also liked that it was a forty-minute walk to town.

The neighbor played music loudly all day and into the night… 11pm or midnight. It was disturbing and the hostel couldn’t do anything about it. The music in the cafe was also quite loud for my senses, but that wasn’t as disturbing.

Nice property. Finlandia is an awesome town.

The property is located about 10-15 minutes outside of town. The room was comfortable and relatively quiet. The onsite store and restaurant didn't price gouge too bad. They were flexible with the prepaid breakfast options. We ordered some food to go and it started raining while we were waiting. The lady who checked us in gave us her umbrella so we could walk back to the room. Very sweet. I wish I had gotten her name.

The property makes you download an app that asks for information that is none of their business. I almost canceled the reservation just because of this requirement. We went to take a shower around 10:00pm and realized there were no towels in our room or our daughter and friends room. Luckily we had towels from the Termales trip. The shower head in our room was busted so water was shooting out in 5 different directions. We reported it the next morning and they brought us towels.

I loved the property, the staff, the room, everything was tidy and clean. just great.

I’m a remote worker, but cannot imagine working with the internet that the hotel offers, it is basically doesn’t exists. Also the road to get to the hotel is a bit complicated.

The place is beautiful green and huge. They put on the jacuzzi at night which was really nice. Wifi worked super well and I got a welcome drink

The atmosphere was a little weird because we were only 2-3 guests at the same time. Still staff was not super attentive, when I asked them before on WhatsApp about transport from Filandia they didn't respond. They announce free yoga class but then said I had to pay. They didn't mention that the class was not in the hostel but uphill, so I arrived late. It was raining almost the whole time and unfortunately they only have two hammocks in the reception area. The room was quite dark and not super spacey. The bottom beds are super low which was not so comfortable

Amazing room – hot water a huge plus – lovely staff, great food (although at times a little cold with only one chef managing the kitchen) and beautiful setting. If they could've helped us arrange a taxi to Pereira airport (roughly an hour away) everything would have been perfect.

overall nice with the garden, the pool, the jacuzzis

aprox 3 km road full of wholes to arrive to the hotel, online checking only is painful, dogs are around in the dining room and put legs on the table, no control of of the noise by the staff: one party in the garden until 1 or 2 in the morning and you can hear everything of the other rooms

it is definetley different from other Selinas, the vibes are super chill and laid back. I felt very welcomed by the staf

the beds are super comfortable, there is a big kitchen, the pool also has a jacuzzi. it is located in a wide natural area, perfect for relaxing and resting. the staff was super helpful with everything.

breakfast has place for improvement. it can be complicated getting to and from the village, specially at night.

Location is a bit outside the main town and road is not great, but close enough, so not a big issue at all.
