Hotel was about 30 minutes ride from Roma Termini, and was right by the train station. Cute little town outside of Rome, and full of good spots to eat if you don’t want to eat in Rome! Very friendly staff, and very clean rooms. Get the balcony! You won’t regret it.

Everyone was so accommodating. We picked this hotel because it was across the street from the train station, but it was on the hill which required many steps on either side, not good if you have a lot of heavy luggage. We were trying to catch a pasta making class and they quickly checked us in. In the morning it was raining so heavily and the staff who served breakfast tried to call a friend to take us to the train station. Though no one was available on a Sunday, including taxis, we were so grateful that she tried. The breakfast was lovely, the room comfortable, and the balcony overlooking the city was large and impressive. Definitely would recommend the hotel if you don’t have a lot of luggage, the staff was incredibly nice!

What a great surprise! We were looking for a hotel in Rome for our stay in Italy and couldn’t find something we liked that would be in our budget. We came across this hotel and read in one of the reviews that it is half an hour by train from Rome. We decided to take it.
What a great choice! The hotel is just what we wanted; an authentic feel, a welcoming crew and beautiful view of Rome. The train ride (given no strike happening) is short and about 2 euros each way.
The town, Frascati, is a gem! Amazing restaurants and great vibe. If you stay there on the weekend, Saturday night is filled with people and music from the piazzas and restaurant.

Nice hotel. Best option if you want a quiet place. You can take a train for 2$ and will be in Rome Center in 30min.

I stayed here for 8 nights while I volunteered at the World Equestrian Games in Pratoni. The room was spacious and cleaned, fresh sheets and towels (many!) daily. The balcony was huge and had an amazing view of the sunset and Rome in the distance as well as the castle on the hill. I love how you can walk the beautiful cobbled streets to so many amazing restaurants, gelato and other stores and hotels. Frascati is an amazing relaxed gem of a town. Perfect place for a quiet restful vacation where you can walk to everything. I easily took a taxi from FCO to the hotel through the Samarcanda app and the hotel arranged transportation back to the Airport for me at the end of my stay. The shower stall is a bit small for larger people, not sure if they are the same size in all rooms. sometimes it took a little while for the hot water in shower to reach me, most times, it was readily there. hair dryer and soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. small room fridge and fan, and has "splitters" for AC.

Hotel is nice and clean. The negative feedback would be the temperature of our room. No air conditioner, our room was 85F with the doors open. They said they don’t turn the air on until June 1

Value for money is very good! Rooms are big enough and I had a large terrace with view to Rome. I didn’t spend much time in the hotel other than sleeping.

Hotel is in the old building but everything (a/c, sinks, electrical, etc.) works fine. There was big active reconstruction next to the hotel but from the room I didn't hear a sound. Hotel is located in a narrow street, fool of parked and moving cars and garbage containers but my room had private lanai (balcony twice the size of the room) with chairs and table, overlooking very nice hills, parks and Rome on the horizon. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the town center (cathedral or city hall). Breakfast was simpler than I expected but sufficient. The restaurant (with the same name as hotel and with one of entrances linked to the hotel) offers hotel guests special lunches and dinners at fixed price of 25 euros. The staff is very friendly but not always available, there are clear instructions how to reach them. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and had everything that I needed.

Besides being a good hotel the best part of the Cacciani Hotel is the restaurant. Quality of the food & wine, staff and overall ambience is excellent. Located in the centre of Frascati it's easy walking to shops, taxi stand and railway station.

I was accommodated in a business room on the second level for two nights. Room had a large terrace and a somewhat limited view of Frascati, on higher floor the view must be better. The airco was a bit noisy, so I did not use. Breakfast was a continental style, I liked it. Staff was kind and did their work excellently, everything was immaculate. I would definitely return.

The hotel is located next to the train station and very close to the city centre. The rooms are clean buit very basic. Beds are terrible. It looks the hotel had a good past but it remained in 70s.
Breakfast is the biggest disappointment. Poor selection and not fresh. At least the coffee is decent.

We found the hotel easily and were lucky enough to be able park directly in front. The staff were pleasant and efficient, the room was comfortable and well furnished. Bathroom was up to date and met all of our needs. We did not use the restaurant and left early, before breakfast. The town is pleasant and compact. We ate out and had an enjoyable experience tasting the local produce. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend the hotel to others.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cacciano hotel. The location is great. You can walk all over the city of Frascati. Our dinner in the restaurant was one of the best we had. We had a rental car but the hotel only has two parking spaces. We managed to use that for most of the days but the weekend is very busy there and we had to go to public parking and pay. Our room had a wonderful view and the room was very nice. The daily cleaning needs some updating: forgot to leave glasses one day. They did not return dirty dishes to the restaurant for us. If you want hot water in your room you need to carry up the water heater and hunt for a ceramic cup. They mainly have plastic glasses.
