Our room had a musty odor. We believe it's from the hot tub. The hot tub was nice and clean though. And the bathroom was very clean and well stocked. The bedroom was clean and comfortable , beside the musty smell when you first walk in. The staff was friendly and helpful except for one gentleman at the desk. ( Morning shift on Saturday November 16th . Did not look at his name tag. That's on me though. ) We were woken up by a God awful noise in the wall between the bedroom and bathroom you could hear it out in the hallway in our end of the hotel. We were on the first floor and our neighbor had the same problem with the noise. We went to front desk and all the gentleman kept saying is they're working on the roof . This had nothing to do with the roof. You couldn't hear the noise on the third floor our friend said. And he kept making excuses about maintenance will come check , he would not come to the room to hear it. And we never saw maintenance. We had to leave for the day because it was so loud. When we came back it had stopped thank God. We did kill 2 baby roaches in the bedroom. Came out of the cabinet the mini fridge is in.

This is our go to hotel whenever we stay in The Villages area. We have never had a bad stay there and we stay 3 to 4 times a year. Most of the front desk staff knows us when we walk in and Gretchen in the breakfast service greets us with a hug and hello every time we are there.

Our toilet wouldn’t flush right off the bat. They offered us a plunger. We fixed it. They haven’t released the 150.00 dollar hold on our room yet. Super frustrating… Everyone at the front desk was so kind!

We stay here every time we come to lady lake which is 3 to 4 times a year. Always a great stay, friendly staff. Always love to see Gretchen at breakfast, she greets us with a hug and ask about our grandson if he isn’t with us.

Clean rooms, friendly people working there, large variety of breakfast items, pool area had a handicap chair for use if needed. Small open market area in lobby to purchase snacks and drinks. Hairdryer, microwave, mini fridge in room. We would definitely stay there again. No complaints at all.

was ok for the price. nothing fancy, but not a flea bag either. we were there 3 days/nights and no body came by to give new towels or take the used towels out. neither was the beds dealt with.
