The Internet didn't work and the pool was closed and breakfast was a joke I would like a refund of half my money the staff was very rude the TV didn't work they had to fix it the ceiling n was had water damage and needs painting

Awful!! Upon checking in there was a sign reading, “Pool Closed.” I was unaware there was a pool closure when booking. After checking in even though I was upset about the pool closure, I arrived to my room. The fireplace and tv remotes would not connect. I went to the receptionist explaining the problems I was having he became maintenance and tried to fix it himself. He brought in another cable box and was unable to connect it to the tv. He changed my room and when I arrived to my new room hoping to relax, the fireplace still did not work and there was no toilet seat cover on the toilet I was very dissatisfied. I explained to the receptionist that the fireplace did not work and his reponse was they do not work they are only for display. I wanted to cancel and get a refund which I was denied the receptionist explained there is a 5 minute window to cancel when first arriving. I was forced to stay and the following morning I checked out as soon as possible and waited to speak to the manager to only receive a 25% refund. I had gotten the room with the jetted tub and paid extra and I did not even feel comfortable to use it. Horrible experience I do not recommend this hotel! Snack room was not up to par with other hotels.

Who puts a carpet (area rug) in a pool area that is meant for a living room? The water was so cloudy you could barely see the bottom. We came back to the hotel early (7ish) with hopes of enjoying the pool. Once back in our room, our tvs didn’t work and couldn’t get the phone to work to call front desk. The gentleman that was able to help us was on getting the tv fixed which was nice. Would I recommend this hotel, yes for the sleeping aspect of things but as for the rest, no.

Clean and convienet. Power went out at home for 24 hours and needed a place for me and my two small dogs. We all were comfortable and safe! Check in was amazing ! The night recep who got off at 11pm on the night of the 27th was amazing and a huge help!

Room entrance light didn't work, TV didn't work, coffee maker didn't work, no coffee available at breakfast, no washcloths available and the housekeeper said there were none available. Ice maker on our floor didn't work.

We had called ahead to hotel for us to check in early, and was told we can. Then when we got there we were not able to do so. We had to sit in our car for 1hr after flying in because we were not from Detroit. Oh the room had roaches

Decent enough, especially for where it is. No real issues with the room. Not the most comfortable bed, but the room was spacious. A little loud at times, but I was directly across from the pool, so after that closed, the sound subsided. Honestly, my main complaint was the "free breakfast." If you're going to charge as much as you do, y'all need to have something more than a few bagels. That was almost worthy of laughter.

I didn't like the breakfast. They didn't serve any eggs or bacon or beans for protein. I liked the big rooms except no sound proofs. Outside doors are noisy.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was there was only few options for breakfast. They only had pan cakes, bagel and cereal. No eggs or baked beans for protien. Other than this, the hotel is fairly priced.The rooms are big and clean. No sound proof. You hear people outside the door.

We called downstairs and a lady brought a couple towels to dry the floor. I told her we were fine staying in the room but wanted them to be aware of the issue. She stated she would tell management. Our bathroom was definitely not fabulous, paint peeling on the ceiling, hair in the tub, cracked sink and toilet paper holder barely attached to the wall. The refrigerator in our room never got coke. The ice maker on the 2nd floor didn’t work. There was barely a continental breakfast. We paid almost $200 for this room and I feel like it was a rip off. Would not recommend and plan to complain to Red Roof corporate
