This was a room with a bed and a bathroom. Hotel could really use some maintenance. Pictures must have been taken years ago. A/C in the reception was leaking and a bucket was placed in the middle of the room. Luckily the price was in the lower end of the price range.

I’m travelling with my motorcycle, and the hotel was very service oriented and told me that I could have my motorcycle outside my terrace door so I could se it for security reasons. I really appreciated it

when I checked into my room, the toilet flush was broken. Not only did the receptionist try to fix the problem immediately, she then moved me to another room & promptly cleaned the bathroom! This is excellent service.

The scenery was amazing with the Alps in the back ground. Our son was there for a fencing tournament where he finished third in his age group, he was there with members of Team Canada.

We were passing through and needed a place to stay for the night. Hotel is pretty ordinary but the staff are nice and friendly. We arrived early but they still let us check in.

Maybe we just picked the wrong day and got a bad room, toilet seat broke, no we are not heavyweights, air con that was so noisy I thought it was a fire alarm and restaurant close on a Friday night, now what’s that all about, went to local pizza place for food as it was within walking distance (don’t go there, go into town). Very friendly staff but let down by above points, would I stay again? If it was cheep enough, maybe.

This hotel is a basic no-frills hotel located in the outskirts of Grenoble. The room was very basic, but sufficed. I usually stay at the Holiday Inn Express a few miles away, but it was booked solid, so I settled here. The breakfast was much better than the room (good fresh food choices and great coffee). The staff were nice, friendly, and accomodating to the fact that I speak no French.
