The room was clean and the breakfast was good. The bed in the accessible room was too high for me to get into from my wheelchair. We also requested late checkout (12:00 noon) when we checked in and the desk personnel told us it would be fine. However, we were kicked out of the room before 11 am and told late check out was not allowed. It would be nice if the front desk personnel and the clean crew communicated.

The staff made the stay for my family comfortable due to me being in the hospital. We have stayed here several times over lea last few months and have been very happy... thanks to all the staff. I did leave something there on one of my stays and whas not turned in... my fault for leaving it. Thanks anyway

The room was extremely small, we could barely walk around without bumping Into furniture. Bathroom was not clean, bathtub had hair in it. Air conditioner was barely working. Very outdated and not worth the price at all!

When I checked in it smelled got to room and while all signs said no smoking it seemed like there were using some king of powdery smelling substances to cover the Oder. On second day the cleaned the room and took towels on the floor but forgot to replace. On time the room smells fresh. Upon checking out on Monday discovered the source of my breathing problems. While it says no smoking of any kind anywhere. The manager felt burning incense at the front desk was normal and the cloud of incense smoke billowing up to the 2nd floor as there was a overlook and stairs leading up to that floor where my room was and that hall to my room was so strong and smoky. When I asked about he was like “people like it”. Well people like smoking and smoking pot but you don’t allow that any where on the property how is this incense smoke any different?

The first room they put us in had a broken door (off the hinges) to the bathroom. It smelled a lot like bleach. They came immediately and gave us a different room. We found a very large bug of some sort. The front desk was kind and helpful and the breakfast options were great. It is just a bit more run down than expected.

The stay was ok. The back of the dressers were extremely dusty and dirty. Microwave didnt have an outlet to be plugged into. The outlets at the head of the bead were broken. Had left something in the room from previous stay 2 days before and never was turned in. No ice machine on 2nd floor and hot tub broken. The stay was ok could have been better but there are worse

Short notice trip and our usual Holiday Inn Express was sold out. Comfort Inn was Ok accommodation for the price. Convenient, quiet, safe area. Older building... was concerned with the creaky, noisy, shaky elevator. Decided to take the stairs for the exercise.

When we got there they informed us that our king room want not available and just 2 bed rooms so we too it when we went to our room it was the door was open we asked the front desk and she came to look inside said everything was ok then when we were making our self’s to go to sleep looked around and was very dirty like it wasn’t cleaned also some kind of insects by the door I took some pictures not up to standards very disappointed

Inside the hotel looks like it needs a remodel, lots of creaking floorboards our room’s ceiling had 2 different colors like paint was coming off. The tiling had a crack in it, and paint was speckled all over the tiles. Breakfast was pretty great though

The price for what I got was great. The refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker in the room were very appreciated. The full breakfast was also very good. The maintenance was lacking in that the bathroom door hinges had screws for hinge pins and the bottom hinge screws were falling out.

Dona was very nice and helpful while checking in. And Kahn was likewise the same when we checked out. Kahn runs a good motel with reasonable rates. We will return here each time we stay in the Salt Lake City area!

The staff were very helpful with explaining about the area, and they were also very nice. The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast. It was a little noisy at night from the room upstairs, but it wasn't so bad that it affected our stay.
