It was great but waiting so long for the system to reboot to get our room keys was not convenient. We did arrive early however this was the first time we couldn’t check in early. It was still inconvenient.

I always stay there to visit my local CU, they are always friendly and accomoding if needed.

We stayed a night as a couple, having an early morning hospital procedure booked for the next morning. After leaving hospital the following day we were instructed to stay close to the hospital that night as well. We called the JAG and the wonderful staff not only found us a room for that night, they managed to get us back in the same room we had stayed the night before. We live every detail about this property.

Desk staff were very helpful and valet drivers are very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and I did eat at the restaurant for breakfast and staff were also very nice. Parking is a small hiccup with this place. But I was able to use the valet parking which wasn’t a lot of money and made my stay even easier. I walked to waterfront and other restaurants from this hotel. Location is good.

The hotel is clean and the staff is good. However, the surroundings is very noisy and the refrigerator in the room is also very noisy. The bed is not comfortable with 4 same pillows.

While we like the hotel, overall, the servicing of the room was not good. Twice they didn’t replenish the coffee in the room and once we had to chase down the hotel staff to get our room cleaned up, even after putting the make up on the door. There’s also the evening visit by the staff with a little bit of chocolate, which was more annoying than the fact of trying to get a bigger out of us. We enjoyed breakfast at the hotel. The reception staff were very polite and helpful. This area of St. John’s is not very good. They even put a card in the room, warning of this and protect your car.

Friendly staff. The lobby area is different than other places with bold color and elements. Rooms are getting old and need more care. My room carpet was not clean and almost getting dark, chair leather was ripped. Resto in Ok.

The check in was welcoming and warm. After a long day of travelling it was great to have the opportunity to wind down with the experience at Exile Restaurant and Lounge. Fabulous food. Fabulous service. Fabulous stay.

I stayed at this property in Downtown St. John's dor 3 night whioe in town for a business conference. The room was large, clean and well appointed. This is a very unique and happening property. I love the rock & roll theme!

Great place to stay. Food at the restaurant was very tasty and reasonably priced. Our room was spacious and very clean. Nice bathroom and it had a huge shower! Check in was easy and that means a lot when traveling! Just stay here, its cool.

Great location, nice restaurant, rooms are spacious. Overall very good. Parking seem to be valet, only at a cost, which I was okay with but I didn’t realize it when I booked.
