breakfast buffet was quite good and shuttle service was sufficient
room smelled stale, and sometimes smelled like cigarette smoke. no ability to control heat/AC/fan in the room, it is centrally controlled. mold along the wall in one corner, from the ceiling to the bed. fuzzy, thick mold on the shower door hinges. Ceiling paint is peeling, due to lack of ventilation in the bathroom and room.

Stayed here for 1 night after a disney trip the room was basic but spacious. The included breakfast was nice i have only marked down to 4 stars overall because the shuttle buses to disneyland/train station were crazy busy. We were squashed onto the bus as it covers 5 hotels it is always way too full. Not everyone managed to get on as it was full. Overall we liked the hotel only issue was the bus.

You get what you pay for. Three night stay to visit Disney. Shuttle bus was very busy and limited return journey back to the hotel both days so got a taxi. Breakfast was also limited and the no bag rule is a pain if your wanting to head straight out after breakfast. Not bad on a budget however i would return to Disney hotels

Stayed here to go to Disneyland, great location, there were free shuttles every 10 mins but we decided to use the taxis that were outside between 20-30 euros (for 11 of us). Throughout hotel was very clean, arcade room for the kids. Perfect hotel.

The restaurant on site was subpar. Food was cold when it was served. Pizzas were never cut and basically a frozen pizza.

This is the fifth time we have stayed at B&B Disney. I would liken it to a Travelodge in the UK, clean and basic (no tea tray in the room unfortunately, that seems to be a British thing though). The beds in our room were very uncomfortable this time, but usually they're ok. Unless you go down very early for breakfast, it is a bit of a fight to get what you want, as no-one queues!! The continental breakfast is nice though, and included in the price. As it is at any of the outside hotels, you will 'take your life into your own hands' when trying to get onto one of these shuttle buses, as people are just so rude, and will push past you, no matter how long you've been waiting, to get on first. I'm a wheelchair user, so this is even more challenging!
We will stay here again next year because it is a) one of the cheaper options; b) breakfast is included; c) it's clean & tidy; d) the staff have always been pleasant; and e) it has the free shuttle bus service. Would definitely recommend.

The bathroom tub didn't drain very well while taking a shower. The water temperature was not consistant.

Stayed with my son for 4 nights. The check in process was good - the staff on reception were helpful and welcoming. The room was basic as expected for a budget hotel, but everything was clean and functional.
The hotel grounds were also very nice and tidy and an effort had been spent to make the place seasonal for Halloween which was nice.
Now unfortunately that’s about all the positives I can say. The food ordered from the kitchen in the evening was absolutely diabolical. I wasn’t expecting much, but it was absolutely awful and inedible. Cold undercooked pizzas and tiny miniscule portions of meals for kids. Breakfast was so disorganised and chaotic - not an egg in sight! No plates or cutlery. Rude staff at breakfast with a horrible attitude.
Oh, and don’t think you can take ANY bag down to breakfast - even a mobile phone pouch I was forced to take back up to my room. The Disney shuttle bus is hell!! We ended up walking to the parks after one bad experience where my son got crushed by a large and overweight family barging on with pushchairs and pushing everyone further in when it was already very full.
I would avoid this hotel next time we come to Disney.

The free shuttle to and from the park was horrible. Going to the park was good but coming back was horrible. People just pushing and shoving to get into the bus. They did not care if they were pushing children. A physcial fight broke out while we were waiting one night with guests about getting on the bus. It was scary there were children crying. Hotel hallways were dirty and not vacummed. The room was ok.

The hotel is clean and pleasant. It is situated well for access to Disneyland Paris but the free shuttle bus is awful. If you’re booking this hotel for access to Disneyland then I’d consider a different one. Unlike the official Disney hotels which have multiple busses within minutes of each other. This hotel has one bus every 20 mins with no queuing system either to or from Disney so it’s an absolute free for all. People pushing their way past other people and shouting and swearing at each other in front of kids. This could be rectified if the hotel out on more busses at peak times or had someone Marshal the Que but currently I’d avoid it on this basis. You end up getting to Disney late because the bus is full so you have to wait another 20 mins then on the way back it’s absolute carnage.

Rooms are a great size, in particular family & disabled rooms. Convenient for Disney but not much else in the area. Luggage storage around €7 for the evening. Shuttle to Disney but it can get very busy. Continental breakfast so I would prefer some hot options also. Overall a great stay.

reception are beautifully decorated but the rooms are plain. Disney shop closes daily at 2pm. Rooms very little storage, a family room had a hanging rail with 8 hangers , no drawers, no shelves and no safe. bathroom has no storage at all not even a shelf in 2 shower for your shampoo etc. rooms are small so no room for your suitcases. you can leave them in the locker for a very hefty charge (12 euros for 24 hours). They have vending machines for hot and cold drinks, microwave meals and snacks but out of 3 nights they only worked once ad the car payments kept going down. My daughter had a meal from the bar and ate it in the room as it was to busy in the bar and she spilled some pasta sauce on the bed. next day reception rang me and asked for an explanation of the soiling and said they were charging me 35 euros as it wont wash out. i asked if they had tried as ive never had a problem getting the sauce out and they said no they hadnt.

The property was good for its price. Clean and the shuttle to Disneyland was free. (Bus was really crowded but was okay for that short ride). Breakfast was good too. All in all a really nice b&b!👍

The family room is big enough for a family of 4. The room and the common areas are clean. The breakfast menu has an assortment of bread and pastries but they should add more protein like egg and or sausages.
