We were a family of 5 who unexpectedly, an early morning, had to stay one day and subsequent night in Palanga. We were lucky to find the three rooms we needed there, and they were in Vila Labas Rytas. The rooms are very nice; it is a shame we only got the one night! They are spacious, the beds comfortable, and the decor soft and calming. Due to an early flight, we had to check out before breakfast. The ever-smiling and friendly receptionist Dondra took it upon herself to invite us to breakfast anyway half an hour before our taxi arrived (which she, incidentally, booked for us). This was an entire hour before the normal breakfast serving starts. She set a table she characterized as "coffee and a little breakfast". What met us was more a breakfast feast: warm, freshly baked rolls and bread, blinis, an array of cheeses and cold cuts, yogurt, fresh vegetables, and pastries! Dondra made our stay so special and one we will never forget. I hope to return; next time for a scheduled stay. 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10. Whichever scale used to measure: top score all the way!

Room was damp, although aircon was on. It took a lot of flushing of water as it was a lot of rost coloured water in pipes. 3 reminders to front desk to get an iron and iron board delivered to the room. Reception desk did not speak English so somewhat difficult communication at check out.

Good breakfast. Large room with plenty of storage space for our clothes. Nice balcony. No laundry assistance. Receptionist couldn't tell me where to park for the beach in this beach town. Good parking. Close to the promenade.

Amazing, brand new hotel. Breakfast in restaurant across the street. Wonderful selection of items. Quiet part of town, but definitely within walking distance.

Freshly built hotel, great location, very nice and large room, good bed but very poor breakfast (ice-cold boiled eggs (definately boiled on previous day), the only warm dish was salty sausages, cucumbers were also cut on previous day, dryed out already, orange juice (kind of) was mixture of some chemicals with water. From my point of view, personell lacks training how to take care of guests and solve non-standard situations (I think I was first guest who had booked through Expedia and used Expedia points to pay part of price). Two girls in breakfast room was staring so striking when we took food as it was the last they have and they will need to starve for a week. I hope the owner/managment will invest in training of staff and improve quality of breakfast which is inappropriate comparing to the price they charge.
