We weren’t able to stay. We drove 4 hours. We arrived at 9:30 pm. To be told at arrival that we didn’t have a room who ever booked us over booked people. So we had to drive another 45 minutes to find another hotel in st. Augustine. The staff didn’t even try to call at any point in the day to let me know of the situation. I won’t be booking with this hotel again

It served its purpose to be safe during a storm. The check-in process took a while because the hotel’s WiFi and check in system was down. But I was able to check in after about 40 minutes wait. The room was good. It had everything we needed.

The 2 men who registered us were just great. Very friendly and did their best to get us into a comfortable room. We had to change rooms on the second day and the lady at the front registration desk was overwhelmed and was quite abrupt with me because we had been given the wrong room the day before. It was a trying time because of the hurricane and everyone was stressed but overall the staff were excellent. The third floor room bathroom we ended up with does need updating as the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. The room was clean and they were very accomodating to our pets. Overall a good experience given the terrible circumstances. The breakfast was good and the lady who worked there was very nice.

this property in my opinion was the worst I have ever been in. there is rust on as the lamps, refrigerators, the bathroom nasty, the toilet was dirty, the rooms were musty smelling. This hotel is NOT kept up at tall. This motel needs to be shut down. It's sad they feel okay taking people's money to stay there. I cancelled reservation and left. If you stay there, check the room before unloading all your things.

When I booked the room it was super easy and fast the staff was friendly for the most part the room was clean and smell good unfortunately the phone did not work I had to tell the staff about the whole third floor being out of hot water and they did not honor late check out when asked

I can write a novel on this visit, the room smells so bad that it was unbearable since it was a last minute booking i decided to stay which was the wrong decision i could have ever make in life the next morning i couldn’t stop itching my skin was so irritated I ask the owner could he have housekeeping to come in to change the bedding I left for a couple of hours came back nothing was done the next morning I spoke to the manager about a refund for checking out early an he got upset started cussing an yelling to the point where we was going to get into the owner came in and automatically to the employee side instead of listening to the guess very rude and disrespectful both owner and employee the cops was call to try to kick me out I wouldn’t waste my money on this place at all unless you like bugs the pool was closed the staff does everything so nobody really at the front desk don’t stay there

No pool! Was told it was closed 'for awhile' & no clue when it would open. Hotel was under construction/fixing up - walls in hall being spackled, etc. Not the best of trips!

I checked in and checked right out. Room was nasty. I wouldn’t let my dog stay there. Signs of bedbugs. Needs to be closed down. The 2 receptionist was nice and should not have to apologize for the owner not taking care the hotel. Went and stayed next door at the Holiday Inn express

Nothing was good about this place at all.. The staff is super rude there are drug deals happening right in the parking lot.. The staff asked us for money so they can eat. There was people sleeping in their cars aling side our car in the paking lot and just throwing trash out the window like it was nothing for them... There is people who live there who put big trash bags full of garbage outside of there door but in front of yours and it sits there for days

Hotel was nice, looks like it could have some repairs done to it, and cleaned a bit better especially in the air conditioner, they really could use a long rug going to the rest rooms from the door to the pool. that way kids can be kids and go use the bathroom as needed, better to use the restroom in the restroom compared to using the bathroom in the pool
