There were problems from the beginning.Nobody to help with the luggage.Rude staff, especially the manager of the hotel.I made reservation for Amelia superior, which is four stars. The food in Amelia restaurant is one star.Awful.The room is good, spacious, but not verry clean. For all our stay they did not clean our shower cabin.I bought a bath cleaner and clean it myself. After we made a complaint, they moved our breakfast and dinner in four stars restaurant Flamingo grand. And suddenly after our conversation with Albena’s sales director, everybody become verry kind.
This is not my concept of vacation, trying to fix all the problems.

We arrived at the hotel at 17:30 and there was nobody to help us with the luggage. The parking costs 5€ for blue zone and 10€ for green zone. But there is a little detail-if you leave the green zone tree times per day,you must pay tree times,30€.Amelia Superior is four stars hotel and last years hotel guests had their meal in four stars restaurant Flamingo. This year guests have their meal in two stars Amelia restaurant, which is awful. The food was awful too.And I had to go to speak with sales director and after that we got meal in Flamingo restaurant, which is good. The pictures are of our meal in Amelia restaurant, which must be four stars.

Hotel has modern face-lift (lobby, bar, reception) but otherwise remains a Soviet-style hotel property: shabby furniture, rooms in dear need for renovation, bathroom ventilation implemented via windows opening into hotel corridor(!), poor service.
Free Wi-Fi service is actually provided by Albena district, not Amelia hotel. Signal is almost non-existent in the rooms, you need to take chances in the lobby.
Hotel stuff is untrained and inattentive to guests. Sheets/towels got replaced only after talking with manager at 4th day. On the other hand, "Privacy" sign on the hotel room door seem to be completely ignored.

The weather was unstable, it rained but I could take a bath because the sea water was warm at 22-23 degrees.
The food was excellent were many ways, you had to choose from and it was quality.I recommend.
In 4 days they did not change the towels but only in the 4th day at our express request. In the rest, only the garbage was taken.
There are not wi-fi in the room , only in the reception.

This was the most awful hotel i have ever seen in my life. The stuff had very bad attitude and the room was awful - I was really shoked when I entered the room. DO NOT GO THERE, YOU WILL FEEL LIKE YOU ARE IN A PRISON. According to the Manager of the Hotele,MRS. P. BOEVA, the tourists have no rights, she is the only one person who can decide everything - if you, as a client, who had paid a lot of money to go there, has a wish, you has to bag her an TO PAY HER to help you! This was the awfulest 3 days in my life! DO NOT go there, this hotel should be called a hub, this hotel should not have even -1 star!!! The most ugly and evel person I have ever seen in my life, is the manager of the hotel - Mrs. P. BOEVA. She should be FIRED at the moment!

I went there with my mother and my grandmother. My grandmother has difficulties walking, so it was crucial for the hotel to be close to the beach. This one is less than five minutes away from the beach and just next to the main street, so excellent location.
We also had full board and the food was excellent. There was always plenty of food and a great variety of dishes. They always had something traditional Bulgarian.
On the down side, the hotel is quite old and the rooms are rather small. Furthermore, we didn't get our bed sheets or towels changed even once! When I asked, they said that they have too many rooms and not enough bed sheets ...
