I would have given five stars all around but had to dock a star based on the breakfast experience. Seating area far too small for a hotel this size, breakfast offerings very average, no proper system for the omelette station (three times in a row the omelette I ordered was given away to other patrons)- on the whole, chaotic. Needs improvement for sure.

Hotel was great for the price. Food was good as well. Great location and set back from the road so it’s much more quiet which if you’ve ever been to Mumbai you know the cars never stop honking. Centrally located to all the tourist things. Staff was extra friendly in giving directions getting cabs and Ubers, crossing the street and giving recommendations.

I recently stayed at Sahil Hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location is incredibly convenient, being just a short walk from MMCT Station, making it perfect for travelers. The hotel itself is a haven of safety. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The rooms are well-maintained, clean, and comfortably furnished, offering a quiet and restful environment. I felt completely safe throughout my stay, which is always a top priority. The surrounding area is walkable and has a variety of shops and restaurants, adding to the convenience of the location. Overall, Sahil Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a safe, quiet, and conveniently located place to stay near MMCT Station.

The rooms in the hotel are really nice. Shame about the thinness of the walls though - can hear everything going on in next door rooms - and even in rooms across the corridor!

Stayed for one night when in Mumbai on business as close to the office I was visiting. Check in and check out were both quick and staff very friendly. Room was a good size and clean and there was a good selection of drinks and snacks in minibar if you wanted them. Only issue I had was that the hotel does not appear on Google maps so was a little tricky to find. I think it was formally the Sangam Guest House. The hotel should really update this.

Were were here for 20 nights. Good friendly staff. but unfortunately the carpet in the entire hotel are disgusting and dirty dirty dirty!...also saw on 2 occasions cockroaches on the breakfast buffet!...shower water pressure is low/normal. Had some technical issues with the room which the maintenance staff attended to straight away. Air conditioning in the whole hotel is very good. The room was very comfortable. Unfortunately the room and all the towels smell of nasty damp mould. No nice fragrance at all on the towels or the rooms. Staff are very courteous. The breakfast for the 20 nights we were there was ALWAYS the same!. They only had a south Indian menu although they will make eggs and sausages for you on request, but the buffet choice was always "Idli and Sambhar". The clientele in this hotel are predominately from within India and as such I think that's the reason for the south indian style buffet; but EVERY morning!!!!...we were sick of it and decided to eat out on a few occasions especially as we were gonna be there for 20 nights! if things improve we may stay again in march 2021, but will check again before we book!... hope the management/ owners are reading this and make the necessary improvements/ changes.

Hotel.com you should remove the Sahil hotel from your list it is embarrassing and it’s dirty, laundry service was horrible clothes were still damp. Hotel is run down needs maintenance. Service provided by employees was great, food was OK. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone rooms are tiny and hotel is noisy, view from windows is garbage and dirty buildings. Poor location!
