Hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet is better than most with a good variety of food! Located close to plenty of food places and Walmart. Would recommend staying here and will stay again. Only negative is it shows there is a hot tub and there currently isn’t one, only a pool.

I checked in and the whoever was working that night or the day shift overcharged my card by 371 and didn't even bother to let me kno about it - then continue to charge my card 171 for incidentals which was only suppose to be 150

The Hyatt was a great stay for our Aurora trip in Fairbanks. The staff was friendly and super helpful in organizing taxis and recommending places to eat locally.

Went here specifically to use indoor pool, was told 30 minutes after finally arriving in the hotel that it would be closed until we were leaving because someone puked in the pool and then they wouldn't refund us so that we could go to a different hotel because they said that the pool was open for most of that day even if those hours were prior to check in. I had VERY sad and upset kids

Waited 10 minutes at front desk for staff to arrive and check us in. Another guest went to track her down. When she arrived she was very rude. She acted like we were bothering her by checking in. Didn’t speak to us at all. Just gave a room key. There was another couple waiting as long as I was. We were put on first floor right down hall from check in and it was loud all night long. Walls are very thin.

Our original flight to Fairbanks was delayed by 9 hours. So we got there around 11:00AM. One room was ready and the other was not. No big deal. We found a great place to eat lunch with in walking distance and did some shopping. When we got back the other room was ready. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay there again next time in Fairbanks.

Very kind and welcoming staff when we arrived. Hotel breakfast was amazing. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Used the fitness center a few times while we were there and really enjoyed it.

The hotel was good. A standard hotel in my opinion. Quite highly priced for what you get. The blinds did not work and we had to manually put them down and hook them up in the morning. Comfy bed and could have slept all night. Shower over the bath was good but some days it was Luke warm water.
