Our room was right next to the hotel’s restaurant. At around 2 AM, a group of people were being very loud in the restaurant’s balcony. I contacted the hotel lobby when this happened the second night and it was taken care of but it just woke us up the second night which was irritating.

I had the most heartwarming experience after I got denied boarding to Thailand and had to stay unexpectedly in Istanbul melicine at the reception let me stay hours before in the room after a sleepless night and helped me all the way. The hotel is quiet, beds are excellent and the breakfast wonderful.Staff excellent and super friendly.

I had a 18 hour layover in Istanbul so I decided to stay over night at a hotel close to sighting area I'm so glad I chose GLK Premier Sea Mansion, very hospitable and friendly they gave me Waterview room what a beautiful room with a water front view

The property is located near water and a view of historic ruins in the old Sultanahmet district and we found it quite easy to walk to many major historic sites and the ferry www terminal (within 30 minutes’ walking). Our hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful and staff was conversant in not only Turkish and English but Russian as well. A simple breakfast is offered but there are places nearby that offer an alternative.

BEST STAFF EVER!!! I would book this hotel OVER and OVER AGAIN for the staff and how amazing they are. they were the reason why we could have meals in peace with our 10-month-old son. They were the reason why we were able to enjoy Istanbul. They took care of everything from helping us fill up the bottle to boiling apples for our son's meals to organizing taxis for us to recommending amazing lunch spots to provide babysitters. EVERY LITTLE THING WAS TAKEN CARE BY THEM!! BEST STAY EVER!!! thank you so much to Uncle Selih and his entire incredible team!

The hotel is very conveniently situated - 6 min walk to the Blue Mosque and Sultanahmet Square, 10 min walk to Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. It's much cheaper than some of the bigger American chains like Hyatt. If your aim is to find a place to rest your tired body after a day's travels then you can't go wrong with this hotel. The breakfast was pretty good. There is a bar and room service. I would have rated the place higher if it was maintained better. Some switches didn't work, there were cracks in the marble and tiles. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I had a phenomenal stay here. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The service was exceptional. The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful view of the water. The hotel is in a great location. Easily walkable to all the sites in Sultanhamet. I would highly recommend.

I stayed in the junior suite. The views from the room were amazing of the blue mosque, and the Bosporus sea. The room was well maintained and clean. The staff at the hotel were great, they were friendly, helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is great close to everything, restaurants, cafes, mini-markets, tourist landmarks and banks. The things I didn’t enjoy was my room felt a little cramped, and didn’t really have a balcony just a small standing space, the breakfast spread was not that great for the price of $13 a person.

Location is close to touristy spots, however the hotel is right next to train tracks. The train goes by pretty frequently and you can hear it loudly. Also, there was a lot of noise coming from the room above ours. We complained to management, but nothing was done. It was hard to sleep with this noise all night long. Rooms could use updating. The blanket on the bed only covered one person. We had to bring in a blanket from another room so we both would have coverage. Staff was friendly, but I would not stay here again.

I loved the staff, the service was impeccable and the hotel location in proximity to the important sights of Sultanahmet was incomparable. AMAZING walkability. The hotel itself needs upgrading, its about 10 years past its prime and very small. Its located next to a commuter train so installing better soundproofing would make the experience more comfortable.
