Was surprised at the valet only parking at 40 a night. No free breakfast, entrance is awkward and not easily accessible.

Awful experience with a vallet parking team member who blocked us in and was super confrontational

The people weren’t very friendly at breakfast in the morning … there was a live mouse in a trap by our table while we were trying to eat our terrible breakfast. I had to eat my eggs and toast in a bowl .. there were no plates .. no forks or knives .. there were no towels in the pool area at all.
The #8 was broken in the elevator we couldn’t get to our floor.
For the amount of people that were booked in your establishment you would figure you would be more prepared. The amount of money I paid to stay there I’m extremely disappointed. I honestly would never stay there ever again.

A lot of switches and bulbs werent working, so we had to twist and replug to get things to work. Shower head very soap scummy, so water sprayed multiple directions. Pool nice and warm, but a slight slimy feel like the pH was a bit off. Towels nice and thick and plentiful. Bedding was so-so, with pillows not thick enough to provide proper neck support and mattress too firm for me, but comfortable for kids and husband. Blackout curtains did not actually black out fully, plus they were electric and did not fully open, so could not enjoy our city view that came with the room. Valet parking was very expensive considering we were staying in the hotel itself. The main plus was how close it was to the convention center. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. It was my second time staying there and firat time the room was better, so hoping a third chance will produce a better room. Overall, still a decent hotel downtown close to what I needed.

The front desk employee was incredibly helpful! She went above and beyond, she actually walked out of the hotel and showed me exactly where to park. She didn’t have to do that, so helpful and nice! She gave dinner recommendations since we aren’t from the area. She was lovely! Huge thank you!

They do not have free onsite parking and when you do valet make sure they park your vehicle downstairs on site...they have an off site parking across the highway and our friend's truck got broken into and everything in it was stolen. The hotel was less than accomidating. They didnt even take money off the valet for them. They were given a bottle of water. I'll never stay there again or recommend it.

It was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I have ever experienced. The staff was welcoming and were always ready to help. The amenities and pool/gym hours were great. Accommodations were excellent. I will definitely stay whenever I visit Minneapolis in the future.

There is constant noise coming from the ventilation, so loud you must wear ear plugs to be able to rest. You can purchase breakfast with your booking, but they will still interrogate you daily about why you are eating their subpar buffet. Spend the extra few bucks & go stay down the block at the Hilton, much nicer and a more comprehensive bang for your buck.

Clean and great amenities and staff!
I Would not stay at this location again only due to the lack of ‘self parking’ onsite. Only option is Valet or public parking.

N/A nothing different than any other hotel. Our room wasn't cleaned, beds weren't done, we didnt have clean towels and our trash wasn't thrown out. Housekeeping never came to clean.

Only valet parking, small tight space to leave your car. You have to wait for other cars to be parked before you can even drive through the loop to get out. This hotel is right on top of the freeway, it’s in a noisy area and it took forever to figure out how to get into the hotel because of the loop it’s in front of.
There was nothing special about the room-All appliance s and TV were unplugged so I pretty much had to set my room up for me to stay in it including the cable on the TV.
The room smelled like pee to the point that my kids were complaining and going around spraying everything with perfume. I went to the front desk to ask for a do not disturb sign for our door, they didn’t have any and the lady said she would have someone bring one up and put it on the door for us-when we came back up to our room later that night-there were 2 random wooden clothes hangers on our door?!
I usually stay at Hilton properties when I travel because I used to work for Hilton-but I don’t think I will be staying at another Hilton property in the near future-very disappointed and the rates per night did not reflect the old timey hotel!

I am furious that the hotel states on this site parking is available for 35 USD per night but they charged my credit card 75 USD for the night. The gal I spoke to about the change told me that they charge event rates anytime there are events in the city. So there is a complete misrepresentation on their website. I attempted to explain myself but was cut off & told that the yellow sign outside was my notice. I explained that it read like it was for someone not renting a room and staying at the hotel for the night but rather someone whom was seeking parking only. She continued to repeat that I was informed. No customer service recovery attempted. I wil not stay there again.
