Beautiful hotel in the museum district. Staff was top notch. Bed was so-so and pillows were flat. Curtains were off the rails so were unable to close to keep the sun out. No bags in room trash receptacles.

The room was great! We loved how comfortable the bed and pillows were and how cool the room temperature was. We were really looking forward to dining at the blue room and asked Abigail at the front desk about availability since the day before there was open availability on resy, but when I checked again the day of, resy said it was fully booked. Abigail said she would get in touch with the hostess to get us booked and then reach out to me, but she never followed through on doing so. I called the hostess myself and found out the restaurant was booked for a “private event”. I’m wondering if they decided to close the blue room for that Wednesday because of low bookings because we never noticed anyone coming in or out of that room all evening, since we hung out at the bar after dinner and it was a slow night. Nevertheless, we ate at Emilia’s and the food was divine. Our server was fantastic - very friendly and charismatic. After letting the staff know we didn’t have space in our mini fridge for leftovers, they offered to bring us another mini fridge to store our food. The only downside was that there were gnats and bugs flying around in the restaurant and I got a bug bite on my arm while dining in. Check-in was relatively easy and Yousef helped us with our bags to the room and loaded them into our car when we were checking out. Relatively good experience but a few improvements needed.

We stayed overnight so we could be close to Dickies arena for a concert. It was just a short walk away (about 15 minutes) and we didn’t have to deal with the traffic after the concert. This new hotel is very upscale. The staff is always available to help and the rooms are very nice and quiet. We are at Emilia’s restaurant for breakfast and that was delicious. They have a private car to drive you where you need to go, free of charge, but a tip is a must. There’s no pool and we did not use the spa. There’s parking, but it costs $40 per night, which I knew about ahead of time.
This place was definitely a pricey splurge for a fun anniversary weekend. I would highly recommend!

Had a wonderful weekend here! We were in town for a concert at Dickies, so it was a very convenient location. The atmosphere and ambience could not have been nicer! Very elegant and elevated. The rooms were thoughtfully appointed, and filled with amenities! Really appreciated the dimmable lighting, and our cute little outside space. It was all very quiet and upscale. Service was superb and the dining experiences, from breakfast at Emilia's, to in-room dining, to late night at the Circle Bar, was fantastic! Bartender John is a mixology wizard! We will definitely be back!

I have to brag on The Crescent Hotel for a minute. They gave us the best weekend stay we have ever experienced! Some highlights:
-We arrived a bit late on Friday night, but had a seamless check in. When we got to the room, they had set up bottle service for Cara's birthday. We don't drink, but a nice touch nonetheless!
- By 8:00 am the next morning, ALL the staff knew our names. The server at breakfast greeted us by name at our table and wished Cara a Happy Birthday. All the valets knew our name. Incredible!
- We were able to walk to the Botanical Gardens. The Kimbell was literally outside the front door. The Stockyards were a 10 minute drive. Great location.
- We went downstairs Saturday night to get the car to go to the show at Dickie's Arena. The valet told us, no, don't worry about that, we will have our driver take you! A blacked out, Secret Service style SUV gave us a private ride to the front steps of the arena. Pure class.
- The food is extraordinary. Even the breakfast, which I ordered a very simple eggs/potato/sausage/toast plate was the best I have ever tasted, hands down.
- They were so gracious in general. Easily the nicest staff I have ever met top to bottom. Every evening when I came in from walking our dog Early, they had a treat ready for him in the lobby!
I would not hesitate for a moment to recommend The Crescent for your next Ft Worth weekend!

The hotel is beautiful and our suite was very nice and large. However, our room was pretty dirty at check in. We left for the night and asked if they could have it cleaned while we were out. They said they would, but 5 hours later they hadn’t. Wanted to order a late night desert but standard room service ends at 10:00pm…on a Saturday. The “late night” dining menu didn’t include any deserts (our in room mini-fridge/snack section was only half-stocked). I called room service and asked if they could send a piece of chocolate cake from the room service menu. They said they couldn’t b/c it was too late. The kitchen would make me burger, but couldn’t slice a piece of cake. Next, the bathroom vanity had a motion-sensor light underneath for when you walk in in the middle of the night. It was 6 ft from my face when I was in bed and VERY bright and sensitive. Every time I moved an inch while sleeping I got a spotlight in my face. There was no apparent way of turning this off. Next, when I was checking out and valet brought my car, there was a big blob of what looked like melted white styrofoam dripping down the side of my car. I had seen this on a car in front of us at check in but didn’t think it would have come from the hotel’s parking garage. The valet admitted it was something from the ceiling in the garage. So they know about it and still return guest’s cars covered in the stuff. None of this is a big deal, but not it is not on par with a luxury hotel.
