Literally the walls are fiber thin.. you could hear not just every conversation every Creek every crack from the person who sang next to you, but you could hear the people above you. You could hear the conversations three rooms down…. Talk about a lack of sleep.

completly disappointed with this property, worst costumer service, property no even able to give you copy of your recieve of payment, expensive price for quality of room, please expedia check property amenities before recomend it to costumers, how come you guys give price for extra night and hotel charge different price, saying need to do extra nights thru you, how come is it posible, completly dissappointed

It’s location is good. Is basic hotel, 2 towels no washcloths and one tiny bar of soap was provided . The water cooler for drinking water was empty. We had our own bottled water from trip we had to use. Parking inside of building was good the street parking is very hard to find a spot.

The place is quite nice and clean. The only issue is that we had a free breakfast and it seems the cook didn't make it that day. Other than that, everything was pretty good. It's also very close to the center of Morelia.

The hotel itself needs to be remodeled. The hallways and carpets were dirty, the room was decent. The front desk service is good, so if you don't have anywhere else to stay then I'd say stay there.

Although not fancy, the hotel was perfect for my budget. 5 block walk to the center of town with a wonderful selection of restaurants and a great market with locally made arts and crafts. The staff were very knowledgeable giving directions to places we wanted to visit.
