The property is stunning, and tastefully decorated. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. I only wish i had more time to absorbe all the different common area rooms, as each one of them is unique and the website pictures do not do justice.
We were graciuosly greeted by the owner of the property, who provided us with her recommendations as to where to dine and things to do.
Thank you for your kindness.....you made our stay extra special.

This hotel is a true gem ! You feel like you’ve welcomed into a family palace. Geltrude, the owner was super attentive all the time. The room was amazing and super clean, even the scent of the room was curated and delicious! Every detail was great ! My only suggestion would be to add double windows because it can get a little noisy sometimes.

It was very disappointing, as due to Covid-19 we were the only guests! So all the usual amenities, such as the bar and reception were shut up, which felt very strange. However, the owner couldn't have tried harder to make everything as nice as possible. We also had a fantastic room, overlooking the church.

If you want to experience living in a beautifully maintained 16th century palazzo, this is the place. Very personal, caring service and great wifi. Would stay there again.

The Palazzo is in a good location within easy walking distance of the attractions of Lecce. The interior is stunning and spacious, the rooms stunning. Bedrooms are large and well appointed and breakfast in the amazing dining room an experience in it's own right.
Geltrude the owner and Simone her "right hand man" are charming and helpful to a fault.
This is the closest you're liable to get to being royalty!

If I could give Palazzo Guido a higher rating, I would: excellent plus. This little gem is truly one of the best places for the value we have ever stayed. The owner and staff treated us like family and they were the consummate hosts. We were contacted before our stay to ensure that someone would be there to greet us. When we arrived, the owner, Geltrude, immediately checked us in and carried our bags to our room. She provided us with a welcome bottle of wine, snacks, and a plethora of useful information. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and stocked with all the amenities one could want. The Palazzo itself was stunning; like stepping back into an elegant historic time. The location was convenient and central. Everything we asked for, Geltrude immediately provided. She booked our dinners, suggested walking tours and arranged for a massage on site. Breakfast was incredible. We had a wide variety to choose from and could also order cooked meals off the menu.
Highly, highly, highly recommended.
