The last at the front desk was friendly. The dining area was clean. The banquet area was nice. The only problems I encountered was that hair was in the towels and on the vanity, and a spot was on the sheets. I told the lady at the front desk, and she replaced them.

There were a lot of dogs in the hotel barking and some of the rooms had a smell of wet dog. I had a scent in my room and sprayed. My bathroom counter had a safety pin, which is an indication of the room not being thoroughly cleaned. If I stay at this location again, I will thoroughly check the room prior to getting unpacked and smell the room.

Walking to the doors, I was greeted with a good smile and humor from the check-in clerk even when the computer was acting up, she still had a sense of humor and I did not mind waiting. Keep up the good work.

The hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was really nice with lots of options. What we did not like was a smoke dector which flashed brightly all night, and we had to wait to check in because the room was not ready. There were several other people waiting as well. Overall though it was a good place to stay.

Great room and excellent customer service

Overall stay was wonderful, only thing was the bed was a little hard for our liking but if needed I would definitely stay here again. Great place to stay with kids everyone eas friendly and the pool was lots of fun.

Stay was good, probably the best place to stay in new Iberia, will definitely book here again trust me if you’re thinking about another one in new Iberia don’t, pay the extra money so you can sleep in peace.

My day was very pleasant. The staff was amazing. I’m reading the hotel on the staff alone five stars all the way through as far as some of y’all customers I’ve met some racist ones that was there and I didn’t like the feeling that they was given me yes I’m black and yes, they were but Regardless of the point I wasn’t here for them. I was white on my vacation enjoying my time so once again overall ratings for the staff, Miss Adrian, Miss McKenzie and Necie in housekeeping wonderful treated me very well housekeeping hands-down they deserve it. Everything else is irrelevant because without the wonderful staff that y’all have, I wouldn’t be back, but I will be back that was my second time there and there will be others regardless of people checking in and out. I want to say thanks again and I will return.
