We have nothing to complain about. Everything was up to standards and we slept great. We were passing through on our way to Texas and we will definitely use this place again!

Nice and clean. Gym was clean. Only not so greats were the drain on the bathtub can use reseating, not all the water drains so there’s a little puddle that stays, was there when I checked in (obviously this is probably a room specific issue). What is with the current trend of tiny pillows, everywhere I stayed on this trip the pillows were like throw pillows, half the size of a standard pillow.

The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The breakfast and coffee were great. Will definitely keep this this place as a favorite when we are traveling back and forth between Arkansas and North Carolina.

Looks to have been recently renovated. Very clean. However, as so many reviews have spoken, they were not prepared for our arrival. We stated we have 4 in our group and when we got to room, there were only 2 towels and the sofa bed had no sheets / blanket. Called down to ask housekeeping to bring them up and was told I had to go to the desk to get them. Breakfast was pretty much all carb heavy food, but still was good. Loads of restaurants within a few minutes and Walmart is next door, so location was great!

Check in was fine but the cart situation was BAD. He said their carts were “being repaired”. I had to use some wierd dolly thing that made it more difficult than it was worth. I carried my bags the next morning at check out. My kids were VERY DISAPPOINTED because we could not get in the pool due to a layer of suds on top of the water. Not sure what that was about. I asked the manager about it the next morning. She was apologetic but didn’t seem to know either. Breakfast was good. My room was clean and comfortable.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and in the padt the front desk clerks have all been friendly & courteous; however, the guy on duty last night appeared to be engrossed in something on his cell phone. Barely spoke, didn't indicate if the 1st floor room was to the left or right of the lobby and also didn't write down the Wi-Fi password. Immediately picjed his phone up again and stepped away from the front desk. Not the usual check-in expetience at all.

The good: The woman working the front desk was super friendly. The pool was actually an ok temperature (usu. they are very cold). Location convenient. Property well lit. Room clean overall. The bad: the whole property showed signs of significant wear incl. a tear in the curtain, chipped wood in bathroom, scratches on dresser, blue stain on carpet, stains on sheets, worn carpets, tile, etc... Elevator was out of service. The front desk clerk was very nice & apologetic & they did get it fixed by the next day. The whole splash pad area was out of service. The setup in our room was super weird. When the fold out bed was open there was no room to walk. After moving the desk chair there was a very small amount of space. This made it hard to get to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The blanket we were given for the fold out bed was literally see-thru thin. When I asked for an extra pillow for the fold out I was told there were no extra pillows in the entire hotel. How can you not have enough pillows for the number of beds you have available? The woman working breakfast did not speak any English, not even enough for us to ask her for milk. There was no milk cartons, only in a carafe. Every other Comfort Inn we have stayed at has had cartons. The plates for breakfast were the thinnest paper plates. The overall selection at breakfast was not the standard we are used to with Comfort Inn. The breakfast trash can and outside dumpster were both overflowing. Would not stay again.

The pool was extremely nasty and dirty. The room that pool is in was also very hot and muggy. When we went down for breakfast, there was a weird particular in the fruit bowl. We did not realize it until we made it back to our room. Our room, on the other hand, was clean and comfortable.

We called about the pool and were assured it worked. There was water, but it was cloudy and smelled bad. The exercise room had the heater on even though it was summer, and there were no towels available. The internet kept disconnecting and running out of data. The rooms were stocked with two towels, despite occupancy being listed as 6. When you pulled out the sleeper sofa you couldn't get to the bathroom.

Our room had so many issues! The lock was barely working. It looked like someone had broken into it! The AC grill was broken and made loud knocking noises all night. There was only 1 towel. We weren't even greeted by the front desk personnel! The "free" breakfast had 0 juice. No bagels left with1 hour of serving time left. Just a really bad place to stay!
