A warm and pleasant welcome! Friendly staff. Situation of the hotel was further out of main town but with fantastic views over the city and ocean. Close to transport and shops. Our own terrace and seating area was a plus. A lovely breakfast room with a view to remember. Worth the bus and tram ride into the Main Center. Would stay there again!

It was a beautiful place with a gorgeous view. It offered everything we needed for a weekend break but it was too noisey in the early morning for me. When i'm away i don't need waking before 7 am, however there was too much door banging and people chatting in the corridor.

The owners are charming and attentive to their guests requests. They offer great support in navigating the area as well! The hotel is up a hill, so this is something to keep in mind if you're into walking, but the views are definitely worth it. It's a quiet boutique hotel so this is perfect if you want quality sleep during your stay. Lastly, the breakfast is tasty, fresh and filling.
Overall, we recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a picturesque, calming and friendly hotel.

Great experience! The staff were friendly and helpful, the view was beautiful and the location was great for us to drive to several nearby towns and the old city of Nice.

Beautiful views, would recommend getting a room with a balcony. The room was very cute and the view was incredible. Staff were very helpful and made us a dinner reservation. Parking wasn’t easy, but would stay again for the views alone.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days. It is very clean and the staff are very friendly. However, the hotel is located a 15 minute walk to get down to a main street level and the train you have take to get into Old Nice. The hotel offers a breakfast and dinner option but staff and dining are gone by about 7:30pm and there is no alternative food options close to the hotel. Overall the hotel and staff are very lovely and the room is very clean but the hotel has very limited access to dining options. Old Nice is very easy to get to after the 15 minute walk down a hill by train.

Owners are so kind and helpful to customers. It was a first time for me to visit France. And I didn’t know at all. But they taught me a lot about famous places and cuisine as well. So I appreciate you very much. And more, the view from the room was awesome! It was located in quite town. I really recommend to stay here if you like the local atmosphere.

If you want to feel welcome, this is the hotel for you! We felt more like invited guests than customers! The owners greeted us every morning with a delicious breakfast, fantastic coffee and plenty of advice on how to best enjoy the city and surrounding areas! The room was comfortable and the private terrace was an added bonus. We would gladly stay at this hotel again!

Valerie and Gio are amazing, super friendly, accommodating and with the best posible vibes. We truly recommend this location, you can coordinate the trips with hotel selective pick up, we like to walk, so we also went to the port walking ~ 1 hour. The view is majestic.

I’ve enjoyed my 4 nights stay at Le Panoramic very much. It feels like home, with fantastic views of Nice city day & night!

Friendly and extremely helpful staff that gave us all the information we needed to navigate Nice. Stunning views and clean rooms. There are no elevators though so be mindful of that if dealing with heavy luggage.

Nice views, but the location is away from the city so anywhere you want to go, you have to take a cab into the city. Also I arrived late on Sunday and nobody was there to open the main gate. Didn't get an email from the host for the instructions of getting into the hotel.

Stayed for two days in June, very friendly hosts, provided us with go-around information with patience. Nice view of Nice through our room window. Cafe is nicely decorated and arranged, a good continental breakfast we enjoyed during our stay. Nice to have air conditioning in hot summer days. Parking is only available on roadside.

Hotel has an amazing view of the city, staff very kind and helpful, good breakfast, very clean room and comfortable bed.
The only downsides are that you need a car to go anywhere else and the door doesn't isolates the noise from the hotel, it's very quiet during the night, but in the morning you better wake up early.
Overall was a very good experience, we definitely recommend it!

Great little place on the side of a mountain with amazing views.
I would recommend but if you go, take a taxi with your luggage, as walking up a hill for 20 mins was not fun. Hosts were lovely and the room had almost everything we wanted (no balcony :( )

Description of rooms is misleading and not all have their own terrace as advertised which we found out during our stay. Street parking is very limited, so you have to drive around the local neighbourhood looking fkf spaces. Centre of Nice is only reachable by taxi or 30 mins by foot, so not at all central. No internet during our stay and receptionist made no efforts to accommodate or find a solution, even going on as far as to argue about this in front of my family, not at all professional. Breakfast charged at €8 EUR per person was way overpriced for a single croissant, small toast and bread bun with jam/butter, orange juice from a carton and coffee. Much better off going to town and having a full breakfast at a local cafe for the €24 EUR that it cost for 3 of us. Views are very good, but the thin plastic door and false ceiling with tiles could be improved upon, felt like sleeping in an office. Would suggest visitors to look elsewhere for a real Nice experience.

Very nice and friendly host, awesome view of Nice and the sea from bedroom window and patio. Delicious, nicely presented breakfast. Parking on the street is free.

Very nice. Staff was very accommodating and friendly, we had to make some last minute changes and they worked it out for us. Location was great most units seemed to have a view even ours on the lowest level could overlook the city. You should have a car and be able to handle some stairs. Our unit was clean and well kept. Overall a very nice stay.
