When we checked into our room, there was a note on the bathroom mirror, stating that service would only be every other day. And this is what the service would be: making the bed, replacing the towels, throwing out the garbage and replacing any toiletries ,tissues and stuff like that. I used the word service because nowhere on that list was anything to be cleaned not the bathroom, not vacuuming the floor mopping the tiles not cleaning off any surface than might have a ring of a water bottle. After leaving my shower, I stepped with my clean foot on the floor of the bathroom then put it on the towel that was on the floor and it left a BLACK footprint on the towel.
I do not blame your staff for this because it’s obvious that this is all that was expected of them.
Everyone on the staff was friendly and very accommodating. And the parking was free.

I will never stay at another garden inn. I don’t know if it’s because it’s the less expensive hotels of Hilton but this experience was terrible. First off I paid for a king bed room and they gave us two queens, fine no big deal, but not once did room service come clean it. The terrible breakfast buffet was 20$ a head for cold eggs and under cooked sausage and the worst part of it all is that my husband left his wedding ring in our room and the concierge said she would send it to us. Well a week Later I get a call from the local UPS in winter park and an employee of the hotel dropped the ring off and told them to deal with it. So they were calling asking for my address and banking information. If I had known such little care would be placed on one of our very personal items I would’ve asked a friend who lived locally to pick it up. It’s just crazy to me after spending so much money at a hotel for a weekend they can’t even be decent enough to mail a small important belonging or atleast tell us they can’t do it instead of getting a surprise phone call from UPS for all the information needed. It’s a shame how little companies care anymore. At least now I know this hotel sucks.

The hotel lobby is lovely. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. The rooms we comfortable. Bed and pillows we amazing. The shower was hot and the water pressure excellent. The hotel was near lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel was very quiet.

Everything was ok except for the door which was stuck and heavy to open and close. Otherwise the room has all the amenities I need. I especially liked the bathroom without a bathtub! I wish all the bathrooms will be like this.

This property advertises that it offers keyless entry but in fact, it does NOT. I booked the hotel because it is a mile away from an outpatient facility where I was scheduled to have a 7-hour surgical procedure and I wanted to be able to get from surgery to my room as quickly as possible. I set up Digital Key in order to do that and also called the hotel after I was discharged to TRIPLE-confirm that my keyless entry was ready. The front desk employee that took my call informed me that I would still need to stop at the front desk to show my ID and provide a credit card.
While I was waiting in line with my nurse (again, after 7 hours of surgery) the Front Desk Manager appeared and I asked why it was necessary for me to wait since I had already provided the information required. Her explanation was that a) it was my first time using Digital Key and b) I had booked through a third-party.
I did not see any advance notice for reason “a” when I originally made the booking. As for reason “b”, the front desk manager made it sound as though I had made a mistake by booking through a third-party, in this case, Expedia.
I understand that post-operative recovery is not a common reason for a hotel booking. However, all I was asking for was an already available service that is prominently advertised.
This experience was one of poor service and a lack of compassion on the part of both employees. I hope this review provides an opportunity for better training of those involved. Thanks.

I had a bad experience at this place.
I usually travel for business and initially liked this hotel.
I requested to change my room because it had a bad smell and the bathroom door would open by itself.
The front desk girl attended to me with a very bad attitude and refused to change my room.
I will not return to this place, and we have removed it from the list of hotels for employee travel at the company.
