There was trash in the room when we arrived. Air conditioner was so loud that when it came on and shut off it woke everyone up. Worst nights sleep I ever didn’t get.

Overall it was a good stay. We just had some guests who were staying in the room above us that were making a lot of stomping/ running noise and it was already past midnight.

I have stayed at Comfort Suites in other locations, they were all fine. This one, I would either choose another hotel in town, or continue driving.

We absolutely loved the room. The hotel staff was friendly as soon as you walk in to the room you could smell the cleanliness. The room was very cool and fresh. The beds were amazingly comfortable. I will definitely be staying here each time we come to Pecos.

Extremely dirty. Scum and hair in the bathtub. Scummy ring and dirty toilet paper in toilet. Layer of dirt and scum on bathroom floor. Dead bugs and hair in sheets. Trash under sofa bed. Don’t come if you have an oversized vehicle or you are towing a trailer. They make you park in a muddy lot with mud pits ankle deep and huge holes. I never leave reviews but wanted to warn everyone. Staff was nice.

We found items left by previous guests on the floor and bathroom which let us know that cleaning was not done well. The glass division in room was smudged as well and the A/C unit was not working well.

Slept on sofa and used my own blanket. You could tell sheets on bed had not been changed out from the previous guest. That is totally unacceptable in my book. Cleanliness and freshness are my number one priority when it comes to hotel stay.

Very disappointing, room was never cleaned while we were there 3 days, 1st room toilet was broken, non-smoking room but it smelled of cigarette smoke and found a pack in the pull out couch, got switched to a 2nd room, it was was someone else’s, 3rd room was better. Had to ask for clean towels, the beds definitely need to be updated and our 1st & 3rd room looked like it hadn’t been touched in months to be cleaned. I’ve never stayed in a comfort suites that was disappointing like this, they are normally very clean and comfortable. The front desk gal was always very nice. Don’t think I would choose to stay here again if visiting. Do better Pecos.

Travelled with my mom, 2 daughters and 15 month old son. One of the reasons I chose this hotel was because of the 2 queen and sofa bed option. Our sofa bed was jammed or broken and when I called the front desk, it went straight to voicemail. After 10 minutes of no response, my mom went to the front desk and was told since the person was all by himself, he was unable to help us. So we couldn’t even use the sofa bed as an option to sleep in. We also asked for extra bath towels, since there was only 2 in the bathroom. Was told they had no clean towels, but offered us pool towels to use instead. Security door lock was broken, which to me is a big issue when traveling with kids. Was excited to hear they were serving hot breakfast again between 6-9am. We got there at 7:30am and most of the food was gone and it didn’t seem like they were working on filling it back up. Overall, I was hugely disappointed in this location, since I have stayed at other locations of this chain and had an amazing stay.
