Our stay was very confortable with a suitable price.

Check in is not easy and no one answers the phone at reception so you’re left standing around waiting

A stunning farm and hotel, with a good atmosphere and conveniently located. There are a few things that I think need tweaking, however: I booked via the app and was allocated a room with a digital key, which worked perfectly, but this doesn't allow access to the building with the coffee and snack room (which requires a fob). Once I did have access to this room, the coffee machine was a huge source of frustration and painfully slow with it's transactions. After 10 mins of arguing with it, I eventually gave up.
The heating was switched off (unless I'm being daft, but the radiators were warm initially) during the night - while I understand the need for this, it makes it unpleasant for guests arriving late to the hotel. There were no extra blankets so it ended up being an uncomfortably cold night.
Lastly, the mattress in room H4 could do with some updating as I could feel the springs in it.

Was a great little hotel room for the night, super clean and tidy and would 100% return again when on a night out in Cambridge

Lovely peaceful location, with the added extra of horses and sheep on the grounds. Hotel rooms basic but clean and hygienic. Close to Cambridge town centre around a 10min drive away as well as a local garden centre; a place to have breakfast and a local pub (5* food was amazing) called The Plough and Cotton.

Good value for money. The contactless check in was okay but the instructions we a bit difficult but we found out room after a false start.

It was disappointing that there were no members of staff, we also tried to go to the snacks and drinks bar and there was no one there either. The room was in lovely condition but sad that there were no shower amenities.

Beautiful stately home, with lovely land.

For the price, especially in/around cambridge I thought the room was okay. The building and grounds are beautiful. I didn’t enjoy the many many messages and emails I received in advance to arrange payment and deposit payment. It’s very rare these days to have to pay a deposit. When I arrived checking in was like an orienteering exercise to find key and room. Not what you need in the dark after a long day travelling. I enjoy arriving at hotels and seeing a person at reception, it’s part of the experience for me and while I imagine the lack of service is what helps to keep the price lower, it does significantly impact the overall experience. That’s a personal preference. Location isn’t bad especially if you’re driving.

Property is a quiet and reasonable location and was reasonably straightforward to book and out remotely. The lack of any human interaction at the premises means if you do have questions you may find it hard to gain an answer quickly and the names of all guests on envelopes outside i am certainly not sure is a good idea. Overall its reasonably priced, clean and offers value for money for what is provided.

The property is in a very convenient location for the M11 but still very quiet. It is in nice grounds and very clean. It’s an automated check in and out system which worked very well so I couldn’t rate the staff.
The room was a little strange. Badly laid out with a column right in the place you’d knock into it without the lights on. A kitchen area that had no pots pans or other items with a notice in the fridge that it was not for guest use. (Who else we wondered?)

Our room was in the chalet, not the main property. It’s a lovely setting but our room was disappointing. When we arrived, all the keys to rooms were outside the property with an envelope with your name on, so anyone could just walk in and take your room key. Our room had a kitchen (not for guest use), including a fridge that’s switched off. Unfortunately somebody had left a tuna baguette in there. The room felt clean but needs a lot of TLC. There were cracks in the ceiling/walls and limited ventilation as there’s only one window you can open, so the room got rather hot. The bathroom was clean but there seemed to be some mould above the shower. As we were about to go to sleep a large bug ran across the floor. We believe this was a termite and have never seen anything like it before. The walls must be quite thin as I could hear snoring from another room. Overall the room served its purpose but we did not feel relaxed enough to get a good night’s sleep. I think it has so much potential but needs a revamp!

I stayed in room 14 A room was nice only downside was the rafter in the roof very low very low on the window side of the it wasn’t until i smacked my head of it did I see the small notice on it. Rafter could do with highlighting probably paint it a different colour. Apart from having a sore head for four days I enjoyed my stay lovely and quiet

Great property in a great location! However the place needs to upgrade in various areas. We booked the deluxe room and the sofa was uncomfortable, fridge available but not working. No complaints because it was good value for money, but the management can provide more to enhance customer experience. Having said that, I would still do a return visit!

Lovely view of parkland from the window. Attractive furnishings and very comfortable bed. Nice and quiet. Great shower and smart clean bathroom.
Some biscuits would have been nice. The postcode was wrong, it sent us to a private residence.
Would definitely stay again.

Quite location, convenient access to City Centre by taking a bus from Park and Ride only 10 minutes walk away from the Farm. Cute little rooms, super comfortable beds, very clean. Would definitely recommend the Accomodation.
