Nice room at the pool. Staff were excellent

Beautiful little hidden gem, close to all shops, restaurants and night life. Lovely walk at anytime during day or night. Very safe! The landlord is so friendly and helpful, he is the best person to suggest how you can spend your stay in Santorini. The room size is generous, we are three adults, the beds were comfy, I had a lovely view to the port, the windows are protected with a mesh so no mosquitos! I will stay there again in the future.

Great place to stay in Thira. The two front desk receptionists are extremely helpful and kind, and the rooms were very clean. Given the location, this place is really well priced and we would definitely stay here again!

Our stay here was amazing! The staff were all very friendly and really helpful with recommendations. Our room was nice, comfortable and very clean. It’s close to everything in Fira so it’s definitely very walkable as well.

Very friendly and helpful reception.
Excellent position in Fira town with stunning views over the caldera.
Despite being given an upgrade, the room was VERY tiny, felt and smelled clammy. The only ventilation was a small window or the open door.
No shower curtain = wet bathroom floor.
None of the normal TV stations were working.
Pool was empty and off limits.

After a last minute problem with our travel plans, we needed a hotel in Fira and we needed one quick. This hotel was very inexpensive and the first one to pop up on Expedia so we booked and we are so glad we did! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was tidy and comfortable. Exceptional pricing, exceptional service, exceptional experience!

Convenient location for exploring the island: 5 to 15 minute walk to great locations and the public bus. Rooms are okay. Bathroom, particularly the shower, could do with a renovation. Nice pool. Lovely staff.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The reception staff was very helpful and recommended places to visit, they also recommended sunset restaurants and made a booking for us. The location is perfect, close to everything in Fira without being too busy. We also really enjoyed the pool! Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Santorini.

The hotel is very unique in that it consists of several buildings and structures at various levels, like a little neighborhood — hence the name Kykladonisia Settlement. George is a wonderful host who made us feel very welcome. He provided us with a map with all the important things to see and do. The location couldn’t be better. It is a number of steps up to the main street with shops and restaurants, a bakery, the McDonald’s, the laundromat, mini marts, the Tattoo parlor and much more at the Center which is a 5 minute walk away. We booked one of the newer rooms for 4. It has a curved ceiling and is very spacious. A mini fridge and safe is provided. The A/C works well and is quiet but during the night we just left the windows flipped down. The neighborhood is very quiet as it is a little distance away from the main street uphill. We would definitely stay here again and in exactly the same room which has the name Pyros.

Property was a step above a sh*thole. Upon arrival the room requested wasn’t available and put into a smaller room. Myself and fiancé placed in a room with two twin beds for most of our stay. I think they were dog cots.
Upon arrival at about 7pm we were left stranded at the airport after being told that airport transportation could be arranged. No response to the emails.
After finally getting to the room, which was difficult to find, we were advised not to drink the water as it would make us sick. We were not provided any alternative. Staying in a foreign country and a late arrival this was a manageable but annoying pain in the ass.
We finally arrived to the room which was highly disappointing. We were told it was recently renovated but had cement patches in the walls that weren’t painted. The door trim after fitting the door was unpainted. Walls in general appears unpainted. The bathroom flooded and smelled of sewer backup. The property is shared with another hotel, I don’t even know if there was a pool.
No hair dryers in the room to help dry the bathroom floor.
2 stars because the location is convenient to take the bus the f*ck out of there. The guy at the front desk was nice and deserves a raise to have to deal with such a disappointment.
Also the first tv had Netflix. Our room was eventually changed to one slightly better. Shower still flooded the bathroom but it didn’t matter. it had already ruined Santorini for us.
Laughable, Stay elsewhere.

A fantastic central hotel. Stan was amazing giving us good recommendations and handling airport transfers for us. The room was clean and beautiful, and the views from the terrace is amazing. A must stay in Fira!!

Warning! This property is need of many repairs. Our water was shut off for 6 hours in the middle of the day because of water leakage into a neighboring room - - management profusely apologized but nothing else was done. Also the bathroom floor is constantly wet because the water in the shower runs into the rest of the room. Our room was next to the swimming pool and it would get noisy late night into early morning with other guests loudly talking in front of the room - management needs to strongly enforce pool closure hours. Inside of room is poorly lit, which is hazardous because there are steep steps in the room. Check-in was not good. Front desk was unreachable during open hours. Location is good but be cautious of walkway to hotel. The road is steep and stairs to the rooms have no hand rails, some have no lights in the evenings. Get your cell phone light ready!!!
