Stayed for 3 days, check-in was fine, access to suite was via lift to 2nd floor but the you have to traverse the building and then go back down a floor via stairs, while the porter did carry the bags, not ideal, no other access. The suite had a spacious living area, but the kitchen area had no functional equipment, and the bedroom was small and the bathroom very small, given the overall size of the suite these could have been bigger, the bedroom was the only room with air con, and it was noisy but functional on full power. There was also a fan in the main living area, but only half worked and very noisy. There were some hairs in the bedroom and the bathroom cold fawcett fell off in hand, shower unit needs deep clean. Given the budget is was OK, just need a better clean, however the two main problems were poor Wi-Fi which I needed for work, 2nd day it did not work in the morning so walked to another hotel to work. But the major problem is noise during the day and night, some windows are only covered by gauze to allow air circulation, but this means the street noise is very loud until 2 or 3 in the morning. There is a pool but cold and very small on rooftop. The restaurant is basic but functional, food is adequate and inexpensive, staff are friendly and nice. stay was ok but not best experience, I would struggle stay again.

Hotel was great but no hot water. I thought the hotel didn't have any hot, but on the last day found out it was just the heater being defective in the room. Also, dont use spa. Worst massage ever. 1 hour booked but only got 45 minutes with a 15 minute “self rest” as part of it. Also, very lazy massage for the other times. Hotel would be rated way higher if it wasnt for these 2 things. Everything else was good and I would return

Good hotel, located in an older building but the insides have been remodeled so it's nice and modern. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was alright. It was very nice having onsite parking and the location of the hotel is quite central. Staff was great. I would go back again, especially for the price I paid.

The parking is on the first floor and they pack cars in. As many as they can. Leaving the next morning they had to search through a pile of keys and move 9 cars so we could leave. The noise on the sidewalk and the noise on the property is unbearable. The good news is that if you like a hard bed these beds are like stone. You will be very happy. At check in I give my credit card and take 2 beers from their beer cooler. The next day after I am 300 km away they call wanting to know how I plan to pay for the beers. Think about this. During the moving of 9 cars no one thought to mention that the card I gave does not cover incidentals? They also charged a pet fee for a service dog. Not and esa a service dog when their policy states no charge.

I have stayed at this hotel 3 times now and I recommend it. The hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the wifi does not function so well on the floors where I have stayed.

If you are looking for a place nearby everything, this is it! Shopping, night life or simply walking around a safe neighborhood. You’ll also get pampered by hotel staff. The hotel has a spa that’s a real gem. Breakfast offers a buffet with different healthy choices. However, leave it to the cook, and she’ll prepare whatever your heart desires from the local cuisine. If you are a pet lover and are traveling with your pets, say no more. This is the place to stay. Owner and staff will make sure your pet enjoys the stay as well. I simply love this hotel!
