We parked our car at 3 am, took the Comfort Inn Shuttle to the airport and returned a week later at midnight. At both ends of our trip we had excellent service by young women who did it all: answered the phone, scheduled stays, gave service, then drove to the airport and back, only to continue this all night before making breakfast in the morning. Amazing!!

The hotel is outdated. The jacuzzi wasn’t warm, nor the beds comfortable. Vents were dirty and tub had rust around rim. The toilet needed to hold down to flush properly.

There were a few things that were not pleasant about our trip. First off, we booked a double queen suite thinking we would have two rooms like usual and ended up with a "suite" that was small room with a fold out couch. Next, the beds, despite having some cheap topper on them, were uncomfortable. We had three adults and we all had complaints about the beds, accompanied by aches and pains. We made several trips to the pool and had to go ask the desk for towels every time. Breakfast stopping at 9 is just too early. We don't like to set alarms to get up while on vacation, even 930 would have sufficed.

The room was perfect for the 5 of us with the sleeper sofa! The breakfast was great. It was loud last night with whoever was above us. There was never any towels at the pool but the hotel does seem to be pretty full.

The personnel were unfriendly and not helpful. The yoghurt at breakfast had mostly expired. The elevator was slow. The door to the room was very noisy when we opened it.we won’t stay there again

Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had variety. Pool was cold and half of hot tub jets were not working, but we still enjoyed the hot tub. The elevator was not functioning effectively. Doors would randomly not open and take you to another random floor. We also had to wait at front desk for several minutes before the front desk clerk appeared. Price was very good.

Went down for breakfast and there were knats crawling around the fruit and in the bread. I was with friends and I picked the hotel. One of us tried the waffles and the batter was sour. It has obviously gone bad. I was so disgusted by the knats crawling in the bread box and in the bread I couldn't eat anything.

My plane landed around 3am. I requested a room and called 10-15 minutes after I booked to make sure I could check in that night (early morning). They told me no, that I couldn't check in until 4pm later that day. I tried to explain my family and I just needed a few hours of sleep. They said there was nothing they could do and would not refund me for the room. I was extremely disappointed they not only weren't understanding about my family and I needing to check in, but then would also not refund us for the room we didn't even get to use. Not very kind....

Everything was great! All but except breakfast lady. She just was not nice to people. She remined me of the Jerry Seinfeld's German guy from World War II No More Soup For You!!" (they won't let me say his name on here, even though he put out a brand of soup with that as his trade- mark name from the show in that sold in grocery stores and it was really good soup ) LOL. The breakfast lady turned off the lights right at 9:00 am when an elderly lady wandered in and wanted another muffin for her and her husband at 9:02 she told the old lady "Breakfast is closed!" and that she would have to come back at 6:00 am tomorrow when breakfast was open again. :-( No more muffins for you! The elderly did eventually get her muffin in the end with the help of the manager lady (our hero and nice lady), much to the surging of the breakfast lady (sour puss) :-)
