Nice little hotel within the Lboro Uni campus. Rooms are pleasant and well presented. Food selection not great but there is a small kitchen downstairs serving a buffet of quality food but it’s not cheap.

Absolute nightmare to find the hotel once on the campus. Little or no sinage and nobody on campus seemed to know where it was. Read great reports obout the food so was surprised to be given a cold fried breakfast on a cold plate. Woken several times during the night by noisy students returning to their dorms. Would not recommend

This was a very nice hotel to stay in when visiting the University of Loughborough. It is right on the campus and has parking available. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed my dinner and breakfast. The room was large, airy and comfortable. It was inspiring to be dining with so many elite athletes too!

Very professional but relaxed environment. Staff so helpful and attentive. Rooms spotless with great views of the Arctic’s track and hockey pitch. Food was excellent.

The hotel room itself looked like a student hall room. This is not a proper hotel, this is a universitiy's attempt to make money by converting a student hall into a hotel.
The breakfast service stops at 9 am which is very strange and also the breakfast options were very limited.

Never even stayed there, tried to cancel or even change the travel date and they wouldn’t help. Terrible customer service and would never even think about staying here again.

I don't like to leave bad reviews as everyone is human and usually any problems can be rectified. However, I was really looking forwards to staying here, the photos of the facilties and the previous reviews are great. We were greeted by friendly staff on arrival who gave lots of helpful info. The room was a good size with all of the basic features expected (tea/coffee facilties, har dryer, tv, fridge). The bed was poor quality, with visible springs and a single, thin pillow for each of us. The curtains dd not close properly so had a very large amount of light coming into the room. The shower head was basically black with mould, the bottom of the shower curtain was also covered in pink mould. We were also only given 1 towel for a room that was booked for 2. Dirty marks were over many of the walls including 2 lots of wet tea stain marks (or at least thats what i hoped they were!). On multile occasions we tried to find someone to help us with these issues but no one was around. We ended up getting our own towel from the linen store!
Breakfast was minimal and on the second morning, when staff were around, they cleared my husbands fresh coffee from a table where all of our belongings were and my cup of tea (which they left!) while we waited by the toaster for toast. Items were cleared away at 8.30am (we were told breakfast was until 9am) and when i asked for some milk for a second cup of tea at the counter the response poor and I had expain what it was for before being given any

The staff were fantastic and the food excellent but the overall feel is that of a high class dormitory. It is also difficult to find - the campus is vast and the signage poor.

Stayed for one night prior to university interview. Perfect place to stay on campus. Parking space literally in front of hotel. Friendly gentleman on reception. Spacious twin room. Handy little shop 5 mins walk from hotel. Would definitely recommend. No complaints at all.
