Stayed for the weekend to attend some concerts in the area. Be warned there is no long term parking onsite here or within a block.

Stay was nice and comfortable, although I wish the rooms were bigger and wish there was at least some sort of breakfast option offered.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience here and would absolutely come back.

Got a suite and from early morning to late evening an outside generator makes a deep and annoying humming sound. The reception could not do anything to prevent the noise, so I just had to accept it.
The room was spacious, but especially the carpet appeared worn. The bathroom in contrast appeared modern and clean.
My impression of the cleaning is that they did a great job.
Comparing the price and quantity, then I would have considered alternatives.

It was cool to be in Chinatown. I felt it was very clean and safe. The elevator required a key to go up the floors keeping it safe and there is a CVS across the street as a convenience, so everything is right there

Front desk staff when we checked in was rude. The night auditor was great. Then we asked for a late check out I went to get the car came back and my room key was not working. I was pissed because I had bag still in my room. It was only 11:46 when I got back.

No Business Center, or even a computer and printer, and what is WORSE, they charge 15 cents a page to print. How petty!!! Wont be staying here again.
The gals at the desk are truly clueless in providing real customer service and hospitality.

Very convenient location. In Chinatown. One mile from McCormick place. Functional budget hotel. Starbucks next to ot. Walgreens Pharmacy walking distance. Great Asian restaurants nearby. Right close to the Ell.
Disadvantage? No parking. Public parking 1 or 2 blocks away. That was $16/day. So you have to walk to the hotel. Or drop your luggage off abs go park.
Very efficient and friendly staff at the reception.
Functional hotel, not luxurious. Value for money in an expensive area.

The hotel room was fine. It was clean and the staff were nice. I loved staying at the hotel. But it's located in a bustling area of China town and parking is a block away and cost $16, when I was there. But there are lots of tasty Asian restaurants, Vietnamese, Kotean and of course Chinese. There was probably Thai too.

We stayed at the Jaslin hotel for a conference. Couldn’t have asked for a better option. Being right in Chinatown is so convenient and a 25 min walk to McCormick place or a quick scooter ride

The location was great, plenty of dining and shopping choices to walk to around the hotel. Parking was $14 per day and only a couple blocks away from the hotel. I will definitely be staying here again!
