Awesome place, and wonderful host, staff, the people staying there are an interesting mix of all types, yet got along well with each other. I found it refreshing, and felt more at home than any of the hotels that I've been at this summer.

It's different than a hotel for sure, but that's the charm. I really liked the place, and the atmosphere is good. Having staff members there helps keep it that way. Saw a couple of instances that they were able to keep it smooth, when it could have gone another way altogether if they hadn't been there. I felt safe there.

I have enjoyed my time at Stop Inn Stay. It has been a different experience for sure. I've been in hotels, and the extended Stay Hotels all summer, after awhile it was becoming tiring. So, this is a great new experience for me. It's very clean, even with so much going on here, and quite a few people. Nice, and easy check in.

For the amount you are paying it is a good deal. I suggest they have a person clean the place, all the bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms perhaps once per week, The residents should clean up after themselves but this is not always the case.

The shower in room B is awesome. Obstructions will greet one every-day, if unprepared with managed expectations. Though it is possible to cook gourmet meals, it would be wiser to keep the meals simple and clean. Engaging with fellow residents should probably be taken on a case-by-case basis. Serendipity can be found here, though at considerable cost to oneself.
Overall, the stay was pleasant.

No one was there to welcome/check people in. You had to have one of the tenants tell you to just look for a sign for a QR code. Then you have to take out your phone, wallet, ID, and Credit Card in front of the house to take pictures to submit online. I think it would be better to send people the link to do this so they already know their code to get in the house before they arrive so they are not taking out sensitive information outside in the street. Hostels should feel more homely, not scary. A regular tenant to run the house would make it feel that way.

I would never stay at this location again. I heard gunshots ringing out in the area a block away from the home, an expensive gaming controller was stolen from me out of the room I was sleeping in. The tenants were letting people in without a door code, transit to and from this location was horrible. This place isn’t ideal to stay for any extended amount of time.

I’m not sure why this is even on Hotels.com.
It’s a rip off. You don’t even get a full bunk bed. Two people share half a bunk. If you get a top bunk you’re screwed. No place to put your stuff; no place to charge your phone.
There are like 50 people in a 3 bedroom house. Nothing hotel about it. If you like being a sardine, this place is for you.
Flies were a huge problem, landing on my food and face frequently. It wouldn’t surprise me if this place had roaches.
The mattresses were dirty and looked like they had a poop stain so they were flipped.
They don’t give out a refund because they know how bad it is to stay there even for one night.
Don’t waste your money like I did.
This place was worse than a roach motel.
