The staff - incredible.
The rooms - incredible.
The grounds - incredible.
The spa - incredible.
I don't have enough words to describe how wonderful our stay was. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer. If you're looking for a very nice stay, where all the little details are considered, this is the place for you. Strongly recommend!!

Truly a 5 star experience in a boutique hotel with a lot of history! Proximity to LHR while still very quiet makes it a great choice.

The spa and pool facilities are phenomenal. Easily the best hotel spa in the UK. Beautiful communal areas and grounds.
The dining options are slightly limited both in the restaurant, spa and room service.
We were charged £6 for a hot latte and £9 for a iced latte and both of them only half filled the taco cup that they were given in. Not sure why that iced latte cost £3 more when it was exactly the same, just cold not hot. Also service charge included on all food and drinks.

This is a beautiful property, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is very conveniently located when flying out of Heathrow. If you book a suite, I would recommend requesting not to be in the Lady Abigail Suite. It has very low ceilings, which would be problematic for a long stay or anyone over 6'.

I’ll start with the good. The grounds are exceptional. That’s it. Now to the bad. On the 2nd day of our stay we went to breakfast, and I was wearing tailored shorts (it was a hot day, but this shouldn’t matter). I was then evicted from the breakfast room for violating their ‘dress code’. No shorts allowed. Strange, but I wasn’t prepared to make a fuss, or further embarrass the rest of my party. Until of course I spotted a group of women sitting having breakfast, all in their gym kit, and all wearing shorts. When I asked the manager if my eviction was solely based on my gender, he proceeded to laugh at me. On reminding him that sexual discrimination wasn’t a laughing matter, he proceeded to laugh again…. Dress codes in hotels are bad enough, but when my attire choice is only deemed inappropriate because of my perceived gender, it’s downright scandalous. Dare I say if a female had been told her attire was inappropriate, but deemed to be acceptable for male guests, the consequences would be significant. This one sided discriminatory dress code also wasn’t displayed anywhere. No warning was given, and therefore the embarrassment ensued.
The Suite we stayed in was also a joke. For £1000 per night we were packed off to the rafters on the 2nd floor where anyone under 5’11 would struggle to manoeuvre. The lifts were also broken for the entire stay, the shower had a leak above the roofline (next to the lights), and the shower tray flooded in seconds

We had a very relaxing time, grounds, staff and facilities were all lovely. Particularly liked our room in the adjacent building with private heated courtyard, was just a great shame that the food did not match everything else!
The steaks at dinner were pre-cut, lukewarm and chewy with little flavor, the chips while nice, had obviously been microwaved. All exceedingly disappointing, especially given the punchy price tag! It's little wonder we were the only people in the entire restaurant.
Breakfast was equally disappointing, the produce did not appear fresh or locally sourced, overall flavorless, over cooked and the bacon was swimming in oil.
I would return, but certainly not eat here.

We found the Hotel to be welcoming, clean and very presentable. It's in a great location , giving access to so much around it. Didnt get a chance to use the spa as it was fully booked so would recommend making sure you book this well in advance.

I had been looking forward to my stay at the Langley for months after a busy few months at work, however the night before coming I broke my ankle and was worried it would spoil the trip, in addition to being in a lot of pain. The Langley team really well above and beyond, every single member of staff were so incredibly kind and it made it the best place to be. They kindly upgraded us to a more accessible room and went above and beyond in sourcing amenities to make my life easier. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the manor itself is splendidly renovated combing modern standards for luxury with a historic nod.
Food is okay. Not anything to be wowed by but presentation is lovely and there are nice menu options, for out of London I would say it’s good!
Spa is spectacular and one of the best we’ve ever visited, luxurious and wellness focussed with all the right touches.
But really, the staff sell this place.

Really beautiful property, could have been more environmentally friendly and they charge for every little thing which is annoying given the rates… but overall a nice stay. Please be more eco conscious!

Hotel rooms and grounds were clean and comfortably furnished. Whilst there is absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel, it is not the best value for money out there.
The food was excellent and the staff made a real effort to accommodating after there was a mix-up with our dinner reservations.
A very enjoyable stay overall if you have the spare cash
