Our family of 6 enjoyed our 2 night stay. The room was clean and enough space for the 6 of us. Front desk staff was friendly, we liked the breakfast, and the golf cart rental just outside was convenient. No complaints.

Room had a musty smell. Blow dryer did not work. Walls are not sound proof so you hear people speaking in the breakfast area in the morning.

The front desk was so nice! They were super friendly and so helpful. The room was clean, and very spacious. The only downside of our trip was a guest very loudly enjoying their breakfast in the common area outside our room, however that has no reflection on staff or accommodations! I would absolutely stay here again!

The Hotel was pretty nice, you can't hear your next door neighbors and also love the water softener system, my hair wasn't so dry like the other places i have stayed before. I would come back again.

The room smelled like urine really bad and the toilet was not cleaned correctly. The AC did not work. The beds were not comfortable. The stay overall was fine. It said free breakfast but it's continental and not hot food

This is a great place to stay in Port Aransas. Our go-to hotel for our fishing vacations. We've used this hotel twice a year for several years. Highly recommend it!

Somewhat thin walls, neighbors (above and beside) were noisy but didn’t last too long, fortunately. Breakfast items (for the most part) was satisfactory, everything was prepackaged for convenience. Apple and orange juice in small cartons, cereal in small bowls. We would stay here again.

Location was near the first intersection after leaving the Port Aransas ferry. Facilities were new and nice. Breakfast selections were varied and adequate. The bed was comfortable. It would’ve been nice to have had shelves in the shower. Price for the room was very competitive for a middle of the week stay in late August.

The Place Hotel was quiet, the front desk staff were friendly, and it was very convenient to the places we wanted to visit. The room was very clean other than a bit of a missed spot in the bathroom shower. Overall it was a great place to stay for the price.

This hotel was very clean throughout the property into the spacious rooms. We were really impressed with how beautiful the lobby and common areas were. The rooms are large with plenty of space. It includes a continental breakfast and Community brand coffee which was a huge plus. You can walk across to eat at several places and watch the boats come in with their catch. We recommend this place to truly enjoy your stay.
