We couldnt fault this hotel in any way it was clean quiet and so comfortable. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help us with breakfast, trips, taxis and location of places we asked about. Would highly recommend.

It was a good stay. Staff was very accommodating except for the night duty manager when we checked in, he was a little rude and arrogant. The rest of the staff was very friendly. The place was clean. It was worth the stay if you book from hotels.com otherwise their printed rates are exorbitant and not worth it.

Great service, clean rooms and excellent restaurant. Views from my 4th floor room were lovely with the trees. Wifi signal was weak on higher floors.

Very good atmosphere for stay. No charging in early check in which is a very positive sign. Clean and decent hotel. I love it. I will continue staying whenever I come to Pune.

Hotel did not provide complimentary tea and coffee and no bar mini bar.Front office staff lacks customer service,did not supply enough linens for 3 adults for 1st night of our stay.

It was a wonderful stay, The staff friendly . Location good, limited parking space. The only displeasure was the the wash room area was congested.

The hotel room is clean and I found almost no complaints for it. Buffet Breakfast is complementary, but the valiation is limited. Location is good although you may not able to find in google map, so, use map on expedia for finding. My room (6th floor) had limited phone data connection some time, which was 2G and too slow.
