Place is clean but older hotel than others we have stayed at. Walls and ceiling shows need some attention and so does the bathrm area. Staff was very polite and friendly. Free breakfast has a lot of choices. Overall good place to stay. Good neighborhood and safe place.

I was unable to make the trip due to the other guests backing out without infoming me - I contacted expedia immediately with over 24hours before check in to cancel and not get charged, or get a credit to use. Well you know they charged me full price for everything and basically told me to kick rocks. This trip was to give my teenage daughter all of her belongings because she moved to a new state and she needs her things for high-school. I don't have money to waste in this terrible economy and I am extremely upset with these companies that keep making money off of us regular people and not giving a damn about our bottom line. My daughter is very upset, because I would have used that refund to buy her clothes as she has nothing where she is currently living. It's devastating not being able to help your child when they need you - THANKS EXPEDIA AND BEST WESTERN FOR NOTHING!!!!!

BIG room. The tv was hooked up to an outlet that was controlled by the light switch. Nice shower The breakfast area was loud! Acoustic panels might help.

Room was clean and crew was excellent in getting room recleaned each day. Unfortunately the breakfast was less than acceptable as one morning very little was available because “their delivery was late” so no hot breakfast!

The design of the property is different to most modern hotels, so we liked it a lot. Some things look like they would benefit from a renovation. But overall we liked it! We will stay again.

I loved the owner who tried to help my 2 tv's work.....then the living room light quit too. But we got a huge room with a very hard couch and chair with a table. that's it. very cold and uninviting. The shower stopped up and overflowed on to the floor. Not fixed in the 3 days we were there. Not enough washclothes for 2 people. Great rate, but very cold/unwelcoming to live in for 4 days.

Room was not fancy but very clean and spacious. Breakfast bar was very well laid out with a variety of good food. Staff were friendly.

Pros: very spacious, nice and safe area, darkout curtains were perfect, coffee was decent Cons: not enough parking - came in late and had to park behind another hotel across the street, weed eating/mowing outside our window at 7:40 on Sunday morning, breakfast unimpressive, strange shower design
