I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Extended Stay America Suites for two nights, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. This property, which opened not that long ago, exceeded my expectations in several ways. From the moment I arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, welcoming, and helpful. Their professionalism and genuine care made my stay very pleasant. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries and provided excellent recommendations for local dining and attractions. The hotel itself was impeccably clean, and this standard extended to my room. The room was well-organized, comfortable, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It was clear that the housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining a high level of cleanliness. Every morning the hotel has a continental breakfast and they offer a variety of options, including breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, coffee, and tea. Additionally, the hotel provides plenty of parking, which was very convenient. The hotel's location is another significant advantage. It is easy to access the airport and it is situated right next to the exit off the interstate. This convenience, combined with the excellent service and comfortable accommodations, makes Extended Stay America Suites a top choice for both short and extended stays. I highly recommend Extended Stay America Suites for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located hotel with exceptional staff.

We had a toilet paper holder that fell off at first use and we had to hold on to the faucet so it wouldn’t fall off when we turned on the water. Maintenance had left for the day when we reported it. The next day we were told maintenance was off for the day. They did offer us a different room the first night, but we declined because we thought it would be fixed the next day. Other than that issue the room was great. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Well for starters i was not greeted well. The desk clerk at night seemed as if i was disturbing her. Through the time I stayed i saw one morning clerk and the morning i left no one was at the desk to assist me to check out.

Rude staff - incompetence as well - when I wanted to extend my stay due to a flight cancellation- the front desk told me that I would have to go to Expedia to book another night - went back to my room and booked another night on Expedia - went back to front desk and they told me since it was a new reservation they had to charge an additional $100 deposit - then admitted they could have booked me another night - their mistake cost me another $100 removed from my available funds. Room smelled like previous guests cooked food. the final detail. After we checked out and were waiting for our ride - the manager felt the need to rudely tell us that our pets (guinea pigs being transported after my daughter graduated from Tulane) were not allowed and that we had been checked in with them by mistake. What was the point? We were already checked out! Her rudeness made my daughter cry. Don’t stay here until they train staff and get a new manager!

We stayed here during a water outage across the whole parish. But this hotel tried everything in their power to keep guest calm and safe. I love how every room comes with a kitchen automatically. I have absolutely no complaints. By far one of the best places we have stayed. Everyone was so nice. The hospitality was so amazing, the airport was with in minutes away, everything was so perfect here and during our trip.

The lobby smelled like cigarettes and the hallway where the elevator was located smelled like marijuana. There was dirt and dead bugs under the bed (bed was in a raised frame) and under the table next to the bed. I contacted Expedia to see about being moved to another hotel. I was informed that since I already checked in that my reservation couldn't be cancelled. The hotel would refund the deposit. I hope that I can receive a full refund for this reservation. I moved to a hotel across the street and it was more expensive.

The bathroom sink was fully clogged, the furniture was tattered, the hallways were dirty and smelly, no "do not disturb signs" so housekeeping bothers you in the morning, and people were banging on the walls at all hours. Never again.
