The apartment was in a great area and had everything we needed for our stay. It was spacious, clean and well equipped. It was a in a very nice area that felt safe and quiet. It also was a walkable distance to Beale St and the Lorraine Motel. Would thoroughly recommend to others

My stay overall was excellent! This is my second time staying at this location. Great access to downtown and convention center where my I attended my Convention. On this stay, I had some issues with the poorly upkeep of my unit. I reported it and immediately the issue was looked into and I was relocated by the next day. Thanks to Abode and their attiveness to assuring excellent customer service. I will recommend staying at this location and I would book here again if my travels brings me back to Memphis.

My sister and I stayed here 3 nights with our mom who doesn’t get around the best anymore. It was a little hassle getting into the apartment but we lucked out and got a parking place on the street in front of the building when we arrived. You can pay for the parking via your cell phone. The code, door and elevator with a timeframe trying to get all the bags in was a struggle but once that part is over it is easy peasy. There are key cards in the apartment to use for your stay that allow you to just hold your bag (with the key inside) near the pad by the door for opening. We had 3 bedrooms which was great for everyone to have some space when they needed it but then could gather in the living room or kitchen and be together. We walked to Gus’s chicken which was fantastic and also along the river. Safe area and good location. Also loved that they left a list of recommended restaurants and bars with description- always nice to have a locals perspective. This property is great for groups traveling together. Could walk many places ( Beale, pyramid, Peabody) if you are a little fit. We felt safe and really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent location, excellent condo/ apartment. Tv remote in main bedroom had no volume control option. Bed in 2nd bedroom was too low to the ground. It was not what was advertised. Overall excellent facility.

The only issue was the fire alarm going off at 6:15am and everyone having to evacuate the building! At least it wasn’t 3am! Lovely place, great location. I was in town to visit with my son, a former St.Jude Patient. He and his wife live in Colorado, I live in Louisiana. This location was about 8 blocks, a quick easy jaunt to the hospital! Walking distance to numerous restaurants and Beale Street!

Abode is an apartment in a great location. Quiet for a city locale but short walk to Beale street, trolley cat and water front. The room was spacious. Great for 2 couples with sitting area, dining area, full kitchen with 2 bed 2 bath. The only negatives were the shades did not block the morning sun and the preregistration was very complicated. The check-in was complicated but very well described in communication

When we arrived, the code did not work for the door. We called and were on hold (standing in the hallway) for 25 minutes. Once I spoke with someone, the problem was resolved and we had no issues after that. The location is good. Short walk to Beale Street. Plenty of restaurants in the area. Parking across the street in a paid lot. The bed was a bit small for the two of us, but the couch was comfortable. Wi-fi was good. Kitchen had adequate amenities. Suggestion to the Abode people, can you leave instructions for the washer/dryer? I couldn't figure out how to work it. Also, a sheet pan and a sponge would have been nice to have in the kitchen.

Clean, comfortable, roomy and a 8 minute walk to Beale St. Parking on street $3 for 2 hours free from 6pm to 8am. Getting into the building initially is a little difficult because the detailed instructions are on a separate message from the building code message. Once inside the apartment there is a electronic pass for the building and elevator . Unfortunately my code didn't work for the apartment door and called the number provided and was able to get in 15 minutes and was fine the rest of the stay

The apartment itself was great, but they have a very confusing process. The keypad to our apartment didn't work and it took them 3 hours to realize that. Sat outside at midnight, and once we finally got in the building, another 2 hrs outside of the apartment door with 3 kids. We were finally given another room and unknowingly would have to move, again, the next morning. The cleaning staff was extremely rude to us because we weren't moving our ten bags and 3 kids fast enough where I thought we would have a physical altercation. Again, the apartments themselves were emmaculate,

During the booking process, I was a little confused as to which apartment I would be staying in, due to the pictures of all the apartment options being grouped together on this site. Parking was slightly confusing as well, but once we figured it out, all was fine. We parked in the brinkley plaza garage behind the building and it was a short walk to the entrance so we unloaded the car at the front entrance first to avoid carrying all of our luggage. The apartment was very clean and the Abode team was very accomodating and quick to respond. The only significant issue we had was around 3am, there was a garbage truck picking up trash in the alley way that was extremely loud for about 30 minutes that woke everyone up. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful.

The security guy was very rude and not helpful at all. Everyone that was renting said they same about him. It was a little difficult to actually get in your room. I think more clear instructions are needed. I actually had to help a couple that just came in from Chicago get in their room. If it wasn’t for the people that lived there it may have taken me hours to get in my room which by the way took me an hour. Other than that it was wonderful

Very clean and great communication. The property managers even give you a clear video on how to get into the building. If you read the instructions, it is a very easy process for everything. Parking is not included but plenty of options close by. We went for a family trip so it was great that many places of interest were walking distance for us including The Pyramid, Mud Island, Peabody Hotel to watch the ducks march, and Beale Street. Having the full kitchen really made this trip so great with the children so we could eat in the comfort of our room. Would definitely stay there again if we visit Memphis.

This was very misleading. It is listed as 2BR/2BA. It is not. It is 1 bedroom and 1.5 bath. They threw a bed in the living room with no privacy and called that a second bedroom. That is misleading, if not outright lying. The listing also stated there is parking available but there is none, not even for a fee. The amenities were lacking overall and the couch was not a sleeper as listed also.
