Front desk staff were all very nice. Checked in at 430pm & room was just finishing up getting cleaned. Got to room & realized the bed had tiny red spots that looked like blood spatter & tiny hairs all over it so asked them for a new set of sheets/blankets. Front desk staff & Housekeeping manager were very apologetic but the lady who just finished cleaning my room wasn’t happy with me. She mean-mugged me every chance she could over the course of my stay. Room just didn’t feel clean, carpet stains throughout. Bathroom was questionable. Shower wasn’t enjoyable. No housekeeping during the stay, we had to bring down our towels/washcloths to the front desk to exchange for new ones when needed. Also had to come down to request toilet paper. No breakfast. This was my first & last time staying at a Candlewood Suites.

Front desk person named “V” was very helpful when my son got sick that night and asked how he was doing when we returned from emergency room front desk Makayla was very knowledgeable about amenities and very welcoming. I do think that it was a bit pricey and suggest maybe adding in free breakfast and the cereal to buy for the kids was quite expensive $1 cup in store was $3. Also your hotel is located near a facility that hosts basketball and sporting events and maybe y’all consider selling Gatorade or Powerade I had to go to store to get those things. The pressure in bathroom for water was great. Thanks for having free laundry. That room needs a little better ventilation was quite humid and messed with my asthma. Parking was great even though there were men drinking in parking lot.

The room was spacious for our family of 4 but it smelled a little musty. We appreciated the kitchen as we spent all day out, sometime we would just get take out food. However, there wasn’t enough utensils so we had to keep washing our dishes or running the dishwasher which was super loud. The staff is extremely kind and friendly. The lobby smelled amazing and I loved they used quality products like dove for their soap and hair products so I didn’t feel like my hair and skin were drying out. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Room smelled like smoke. Light was broken and no one ever came to fix it. Carpet was warped and you could trip over it. Don’t stay here.

Everything was pretty good, except for the smell in the hotel. First floor was OK with the smell of Pine-Sol, elevator smelled horrible. Second floor smelled even worse.

The rooms need a little update and the restroom had black spots in the ceiling and the wall had what it looked like vomit splattered. I wouldn’t stay there again.

The suite was very nice, everyone was very friendly and polite, the only drawback was no breakfast!
