I can’t say enough good things about this hotel—it’s gorgeous, there are walking trails, and the views are incredible. I can’t wait to return!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Truck was parked in valet parking which was over a mile away, anytime I needed it. It was there within five minutes.

We stayed in July 2024. The property just opened to the public in May. We had to wait quite some time at one of the restaurants within the resort and some of the others were closed during our stay. Assuming that they are still short staffed, we decided to overlook that inconvenience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to go back in the future.

Beautiful property with beautiful views. Staff is friendly. Love the pet friendly aspect and relatively cheap fee for bringing our two pups. There are easy trails on the property that allowed us to walk to dogs to get them tired before heading to the pool or out to eat. Cloudland canyon state park is very close and enjoyable. The food wasn’t what I would consider spectacular, but I did enjoy the French toast at Croft or craft or whatever it’s called. The “aud..” restaurant had some of the best boudin I’ve ever had. Dry aged ribeye was way over priced, in my opinion. Pool didn’t have quite enough shaded space for the heat in early July. Not enough chairs at the pool yet either. Big crowd for the 4th of July and since they just opened in May, I assume they will adjust to accommodate such crowd. We loved it.

Beautiful property and views! Seemed a little short staffed which led to slow service at times, but overall a great overnight stay. I do think the golf course is a little over valued at $275. The course was not I. premium condition (tee boxes were beat up, and we even teed off a mat at one point). Only 2 bottles of water are included at that price, and we did not see any free water stations. Also did not see a beverage cart at all on the back 9.
Hotel fantastic, golf course a little pricey for what you get.

Gorgeous property overlooking the mountains. We had several service issues, including long, long waits are the restaurants and incorrect orders (multiple times.) Our waitress at the Croft also told us she was so busy because the waitresses are also required to wash the dishes of their guests. When we checked out, there were hundreds of dollars in charges that were incorrect and thankfully were caught and resolved. They really try to nickel and dime you for everything at this resort. So, all-in, the property is spectacular and five-star. The service is 3-star right now but hopefully they can fix things as time goes on.

We booked to stay one night. The first issue was the directions listed on their site, it was incorrect which lead to me driving over 45 mins more than necessary, and after speaking with the front clerk many people had the same issue. Second issues, we booked a room with a view of the valley instead we got a view of the parking lot, we requested the room we booked but was told no. Third, the food was not very good, it was hot, but not good at all, I would give the food one star. Also most to the food items on the menu were not available. Next issue we purchased an upgrade for the breakfast buffet, but they did not have one and I ended up paying more for food and was never given a refund for the buffet.
The staff was nice, but did not seem sure of what they could and could not do. I understand this is a new hotel but if I am going to spend 500.00 for one night, I expect everything to be up to par. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy, it was clean and people were generally nice.
