A bit difficult to find the entrance but once inside it was easy to navigate. The courtains in the room were not hanging properly and could not be used with ease leaving gaps where the light came in. The shower was the best you'll ever have, with a large non slip mat, perfect for safety, and lots of water pressure. There isn't any specific parking for the property but what there is on the street and around the building is enough and our car was safe. If you book here, make sure you choose the breakfast included option or that you visit their restaurant. We had the best breakfast ever!

The Isa Hotel is a terrific place to stay - it's got a great bar and restaurant with awesome food downstairs and everything else you need is within a 2 min walk. The staff are lovely and helpful, the service is great. The rooms are great value for money, heaps of space, very clean and good amenities. The beds are very comfy and always clean and fresh. I enjoy staying here every time. Definitely recommend.

The room was clean and nice. It’s quite weird that check in happens at red hotel and you have to walk all the way through one hotel to stay at Isa hotel. Our wash basin was blocked upon arrival, not sure how housekeeping cleaned it. We didn’t complain as we were super tired after driving , all we could think was to crash on bed. I think it is time that the hotel moves away from plastic kettles as it is harmful to boil and drink water boiled in a plastic kettles Rest all was good. Milk was quite less. Overall a good stay, just few hiccups as mentioned above.

Very disappointed. The room was showing its age and very outdated. Not what was expected at all. Ceiling cracked and paint peeling and signs of leakage, carpet threadbare, curtains old dirty and outdated. Unable to get TV to work, reception closed 15mins before stated time. Unable to find anyone to help us.The valance on bed had several holes. Bed its self was tolerable. Overall the whole room was well passed the use by date. Tired and outdated. Wont stay there again.

The hotel room had all that you need. Large bathroom, great breakfast and delicious dinner in the rodeo bar. Very quiet considering it’s a pub.

Our second stay at the Isa Hotel. We are very happy with the Hotel and especially Reception staff. My only complaint is that we did not get a room with a window - though it was great for sleeping! Would have no hesitation in staying again if we are lucky enough to visit up there once more.
