We stayed in a suite that had sunset views..The suite was beautiful and the views were amazing..there wouldn't be a need to go elsewhere to watch the beautiful sunset in Santorini... if someone is older or has walking issues..our room was halfway in the mountain..in order to get anywhere Centre you are looking at 500 stairs...Santorini overall has,alot of walking and stairs..as such if anyone has issues then book closer to the top of Ioa..which will be less of climbing stairs..
The staff at the suites were friendly and helpful..

My only issue with this property is that the AC couldn't be turned down. I didn't appreciate the daughter speaking to me the way she did regarding turning it down below 22. I was told "not to touch the thermostat". They did not have a working restaurant or bar upstairs as they state. It is very close to metro, shops, and restaurants. The hotel was clean and secured.

The location is Awesome! The sunset, the blue comes, the sea view, all right there! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Were there for 3 nights in first week of September 2024.

We had the honeymoon suite and it was AMAZING! the outdoor hot tub with beautiful pink flowers over the terrace overlooking the caldera was the most beautiful view ever. Literally perfect. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, the guys who carry the luggage up and down the steps are amazing, I can't believe how strong they were! Super helpful!! Lots of cute cats hanging around which we loved. Only one complaint, the driver they set up for us to go to the ferry port was FREAKIN RUDE! We showed up to the taxi about 5 minutes early and my boyfriend came 2 minutes after us because he had to run back and grab a bag we forgot, and the driver was being super nasty and tried driving away without him, then called my mom a nasty name in Greek thinking we wouldn't understand what he said.... But we didn't let that sour our fantastic trip and the wonderful hotel staff! Highly recommend!

What an amazing place!!
When we were advised to meet the property representative at the bus station, I expected them to meet us with a car. Little did I know that this area of Oia (on Santorini) has narrow pedestrian access with steep steps, so *everything* has to be hand carried. The lovely porters at Vogue carried our bags from the bus station to reception, and then on to our room.
Diana at reception was just lovely, and greeted us with a cold drink and a very simple check in procedure.
Dimitri escorted us to the room, which was about 5 minutes from reception - again through the narrow and sometimes steep alleyways.
The room itself (a "Cave Room") was exactly as described. Airy, well lit, cool and comfortable. The view is exceptional!
The location was convenient to many restaurants and small shops.
A word of warning, access to most of Oia requires walking up and down steep and sometimes narrow alleys. If you are not mobile, this is not for you.

We had an incredible stay at Vogue Suites! From the initial booking, the staff was communicative and helped us arrange transfer to & from the airport and ferry port. When we arrived, we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink while they helped us check in. Our room was promptly ready upon our arrival and everything was very clean. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, helping us arrange taxis while we were on the island and providing recommendations. The location could not be any better! Right in the heart of Oia, outside our door was the most breathtaking view and all the shops and restaurants are right nearby. Highly recommend Vogue Suites to anyone visiting Santorini!!

The location is unbeatable, with easy access to everything you’d want to see or do in Santorini. Be mindful that there are a lot of stairs, so if that's a concern, I recommend requesting a room on a higher level.
One of the highlights of the location is its proximity to the iconic "blue roof" churches—it’s literally right beside the hotel! A special thank you to Diana and the entire team for making our stay so wonderful and memorable. We can’t wait to return!

We ended up to the hotel and had to pay for a service we canceled thru email and have the car company bring us the car to the hotel which was an additional charge.

Very friendly staffs and definitely contact them ahead of time for the porter service as there are many steps to and from the hotel. The room was definitely below our expectation. It does not have the caldera view as advertised. It was disappointing. The room was also lack of space and window.

Too many steps with inexperienced staff. The porters were simply amazing. Diana, the property manager tried to be welcoming but failed with her rudeness. She promised me a late checkout at 12:00 only to call me back at 11:00 to ask me rudely why I didn’t check out yet. The person who took us to our room took an eternity to explain something we could read in the welcome package!!!!! There was no need for his interpretation.
We had 3 rooms and we all felt they are used to younger crowds and didn’t know how to handle older experienced travellers.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent hotel stay, booked through Expedia. The experience was far below the standards I expected based on the information provided on your website.
Firstly, the request for two beds in the room was not honored despite being requested and confirmed by staff weeks in advance . Additionally, the shower head in our room was broken and not fixed, despite multiple requests. Our luggage was not fully moved into our rooms; some items were left behind, showing a lack of thoroughness from the staff.
We were promised by the receptionist that we could remain in the sunset view room for the remainder of our stay as they failed to have two beds in the rooms along with not fixing the shower head with water and flood issues. However, the next day, staff members came banging on our doors, informing us that we had to move to room. This disruption ruined our entire trip.
When I requested to speak to the manager to explain what had been promised to us, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive. She failed to listen to my concerns, told me to leave the room, and did not provide any level of customer service.
After we were moved, the hotel staff stopped providing us with daily water bottles, which had been given to us in our previous room. Despite spending a significant amount of money on our stay, we were deprived of this essential amenity. The staff at the reception were unresponsive and rude,

Our room wasn’t cleaned on arrival, there was hair in shower. I complained and asked for the bathroom to be cleaned and was told the cleaners had gone home and it would’ve be done til next day. At 4pm the next day, we were sat outside our room where two cleaners came in for 4 minutes to “clean” our room. The room was never cleaned properly the whole time we were there. There was no fan in the bathroom which meant that the room would steam up and smell if you were to use the bathroom or shower. The shower also had no pressure and you did not feel clean after using it, our soap was also empty for a few days and wasn’t topped up. Not only this, we had cat poo sitting outside our room for a few days which would stink every time we entered and exited our room. We then confirmed the night before that our luggage could be stored and taken to the local bus stop by the porters the next day when we were leaving - the girl on reception said yes and confirmed that it could be taken there and gave us a time option. On the day of leaving our porters left our luggage in the sun from checkout til we were ready to leave. The porters stopped just before the post office and said that’s it and wouldn’t take our luggage to the bus station, as we had been told it would be taken then, we also would’ve made other arrangements to get picked up from where they stopped if that was the case. We were celebrating our engagement and were extremely disappointed with the cleanliness and service of this place

This place is a gem. We were so excited to get to Santorini and we had the best service ever. This place knows how to serve and make their guests feel welcomed. As soon as we got there, we had someone take our backpacks and brought them up the steep hills and stairs for us. This was amazing. Greeted with a lemonade, a smile and just the nicest attitude. We had a view that only one can dream of. The room was exactly like in the photos and it was very unique. I loved everything about this place. Being in Oia in the center of it all was pretty special. Do not even hesitate to book this hotel cause it’s absolutely amazing.
