Lovely place, and amazing service! The location is at walking distance from old town (15 min), but it's also a place that's nice to stay at for a full day. The only downside we experienced was the lack of an actual beach - the free access to sunbeds were great, but the pontoon by the restaurant was a bit shaded and it'd tricky to jump around if you wan't to catch the sun the full day.

Only once in a great while do you come upon a hotel that redefines your experience of travel. The Forza Terra is one of those very rare places. Not only is the hotel itself exquisite, the staff is really what makes it unique. The food is exceptional, the beach and the small town wonderful, but, truly, the staff is what transforms a beautiful hotel into a beautiful experience.

Located right on water. Got room 203, facing the water - great view, very comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. Valet parking. Good lighting. Outdoor dining area right on the water (incredibly beautiful setting).
Food was good but not great, and expensive. Loud, obnoxious music - couldn't get them to shut it off, but they turned it down a bit (not enough) and it became softer. This is a good and luxurious place to stay near Kotor (5-10 min drive). But as far as I know, not near anything in particular. We didn't try to walk around, but from what I know, there wasn't anywhere to walk.

A lovely stay at Forza Terra. A beautiful hotel on the stunning Kotor Bay. Stunning view from the balcony.
Would love to see the hotel get a couple of paddle boards and canoes of their own for guests to use, as with the bicycles. The set up of having a partner on the other side of the bay who they active tell you not to use because of the price or phoning a local block of apartments to see if we can hire there’s seems totally counter intuitive and not really befitting of a 5 star hotel. it’d be an easy problem to solve.

What a beautiful location in Montenegro! We loved our balcony overlooking the Sea of Kotor. The restaurant patio was lovely, and we enjoyed relaxing by the water and swimming. It’s a long walk (or short drive) to Old Town Kotor, but definitely worth it. There were also several restaurants within a short walk.

Beautiful hotel, amazing service, superb location, incredible breakfast. Only issues: the room was a bit on the small side, and food options at the restaurant were very limited (but I understand, given COVID).

Hotel itself is a nice boutique hotel located right on the water with a nice lounge area outside but inconsistent staff.
Issue with place like this is the poor communication and the fact that they seem to nickel and dime you while being concerned with collecting every last penny from you. My fiance and I were celebrating our engagement and a birthday, but unfortunately had to spend the entire sunset going back and forth with why we specifically booked one of their 8 rooms with a balcony (a superior room) but were put in the back of the hotel (in 1 of 2 standard rooms). I was even told at one point the room we were in was a "superior room" until i called out the lie by showing him the exact room on his website which was a "standard room."
We've traveled a lot and typically i wouldn't find this to be a big deal, but the main reason for choosing this place was to have dinner on our balcony with the backdrop of the bay of Kotor. I had to argue with the fact that i paid a much higher price and deserved to be refunded at least the difference in room price, which i was eventually granted the following morning after multiple discussions. The manager seemed to try to make it right but couldve done more. Some staff were extremely friendly while other staff members seemed annoyed with any questions we asked.
Make sure you ask about the cost of ANYTHING as they will tack on little fees here and there for everything even if you didn't request it.

We stayed at Forza Terra for 4 nights for my wife’s 40th birthday and we are so glad that we chose this boutique hotel for a special occasion.
The hotel is very stylish, clean and has the friendliest of staff. They made a big effort for my wife’s birthday and even sang to her. The staff make this hotel and they all work so hard to make everyone feel
welcome.
The hotel is in a good location and a short distance to old town, we took the taxi to old town for €3.
I highly recommend this hotel and won’t hesitate going back. They will look after you and their misting system is fantastic.
Tip:
Please note that they don’t have any ironing facilities but will offer you an ironing service for a very small fee.
Also don’t get tricked into getting into a random taxi when you leave the airport, you will see guys wil a yellow taxi badge around their necks asking if you want a taxi but you’re better off getting a white taxi which should cost you around €25 as oppose to the €40 that I paid.

What a fantastic stay. Our first trip abroad as a family, the Forza Terra went above and beyond. They treated our 7 month old daughter the royalty. The hotel is small and personal. They really leave no stone unturned when it comes to customer service.
The staff are simply brilliant. Location is nice, a brisk 30/40 minute walk from the old town of Kotor.
However there’s a good selection of small restaurants within 5 minutes walk.
It’s a small hotel, and we enjoyed our stay very much. I can’t speak highly enough of the staff, the breakfast was excellent with lots of options and again, wonderful service.
Rooms were a good size, nice balcony and excellent air con.
Can’t wait to return.

Kotor is a wonderful place. Hotel was good but not exceptional. Inconsistent staff, some excellent some over pushy. No showers when you get out of sea which is slightly frustrating as the sea isn’t very clean. Room lovely apart from shower which wasn’t very powerful

Absolutely lovely property, great rooms and facilities and the jacuzzi, sauna and hammam was a real treat. Staff were really wonderful and helpful. Only small down points were that there were no coffee makers in the room and not able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast/coffee outside in the morning without charge. The walk into Kotor was an enjoyable 30 mins around the bay taking in the beautiful scenery, overall a wonderfully relaxing stay

Our stay was amazing. The staff could not have been more attentive. The service was definitely five star. The rooms were sleek and stylish. We had an amazing room with a balcony that overlooks the bay, the exquisite outdoor restaurant and the sunbathing area. Don’t hesitate to reserve. (The only downside, and this is the downside of most of the hotels in that area, is parking is limited.)
