The only negative was there were termites in both beds in our two-queen bed room. There were at least 30 of the little black bugs with white wings on each bed. The hotel was fully booked, so we were moved to a king suite with a pull-out bed, which was good but the hotel was out of extra pillows and blankets.

The area where you had breakfast had couches and all of them were badly stained with food and you just sank down in them when you sat on one. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. At 12:30 am I decided to go downstairs to get two additional pillows and they didn’t have any. The room was large and the bed was semi-comfortable. We won’t be returning.

The area where you had breakfast had couches and all of them were badly stained with food and you just sank down in them when you sat on one. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. At 12:30 am I decided to go downstairs to get two additional pillows and they didn’t have any. The room was large and the bed was semi-comfortable. We won’t be returning.

We only stayed one night for a soccer tournament.
The staff was welcoming and bery helpful. This hotel looks like it was modern in the 90s, although very clean, it felt a bit stuffy and old. The breakfast had very little options and there is no USB plug anywhere... (nowhere in the rooms either).

This was not a great experience. We arrived around 8:30pm and checked into the room we reserved. The front desk clerk was nice, gave us our keys and we went up to our room on the fourth floor. When we arrived on the the 4th floor, it was clear that the air conditioning on that floor wasn’t working because it was HOT and there were two buckets and some towels catching water from a leak in the ceiling sitting in the middle of the hallway. When we got to our room, we realized that we had been moved from two queens (necessary for our family of four) to a king bed. Clearly that wasn’t going work so we went back down to the front desk where the clerk who checked us in explained he had to move us and didn’t have anymore queen rooms available. He did say the small couch was a sofa sleeper. We were trying to be understanding so we said we would make do. He then let us know that he didn’t have any extra pillows so the kids wouldn’t have pillows for the sofa sleeper. He did offer us blankets at that time, since there weren’t any in the room (even though they moved us out of a room with queens so they knew that we would need blankets for the sofa). The sofa sleeper was super uncomfortable, the comforter on the king bed had eye makeup on it and the carpet was sticky.
To top it all off, when we went to check out, they attempted to double charge us (hotels.com had already charged us the full rate) and the credit card on file for the second charge WASN’T EVEN OURS. 100% do not recommend.

We stayed at this hotel when hurricane beryl hit. The property did not have a back up generator so no lights, no A/C, no hot water for 36 hours.

Free breakfast from 6-10am, but at 9:30 they had no scrambled eggs, no bacon, no sausage. They only had potatoes and those looked like they had been sitting since 6am. Slim Pickens I general across the board. So just don't go with the expectation of anything but toast and potatoes.

The hotel was staffed with 3 very incompetent and not helpful staff at reception. Easy of them did not know their way around the computer system, took a long time with each client (up to 20-25 minutes per client), and didn’t have answers to basic questions. Upon our arrival, we had checked in and chosen a room on the Hilton Honors app. We arrived and someone else was in the room. We were told the app doesn’t really work.
Then we got to the room and it was fine. Overnight, the sheer noise from the air conditioning and the ceiling fan were so loud, neither of us could sleep. It is summer and in Houston, so cool air is paramount.
The next day, our toilet overflowed without being stopped up. I called down 3 times and no one answered. Went down to the front desk, there were 3 people in line and there was only one person behind the desk. I had to wait, but then we had to leave because I was in town for my daughter’s wedding.
They finally got to us, our clothes, suitcases, etc were soaked as the carpet was soaked!
Then they tried to fix it but couldn’t move us to a different room as it was sold out.
Today, I tried to wash clothes and it required quarters. Who still does that? They couldn’t give me any cash on my card or on my account, so we had to drive somewhere to get cash, etc!
Last night, one of our friends had pre-booked and prepaid. Her room was given away and at 11 pm, she had to go to a new hotel. We want some or all of our money back. This stay, staff and hotel were awful.

This was last minute trip that and property was chosen based on location. It is walking distance to at least 5 restaurants. The staff were GREAT. They obviously emphasize treating their guests well. The staff were nicer than most fancy places are now. It is not far from The Woodlands, Lake Conroe and Huntsville for vacation stuff, and it is probably a good place if you work on NE side of Houston
