This was a frustrating stay. I booked my hotel room last minute in a location near a festival. What attracted me was the room size & kitchenette. When I arrived, I asked whether I could use my Miles&More number. I was told to do it at checkout. What I was given looked nothing like what I'd booked. It was small, dirty & stuffy w/ dust everywhere & stains on the furniture. No kitchenette, no fridge, etc. I called a hotels.com representative & they let me know my room could be changed the next morning. I went to my function, came back, & rested. I awoke w/ congestion. I showered, packed, & went down to change my room. The gentleman began to say "but you stayed a night". Yea... because I arrived at 2130 & had somewhere else to be. It turns out, they'd put me into the wrong room. I can only assume an assumption about me was made because I paid for a specific room. He asked if I had proof there was a problem with the room. I showed him pictures. Either way, it was the wrong room. I changed to the correct room & it was COMPLETELY different. You couldn't have convinced me that these were the same hotel. However, as soon as I checked the bedding, they're were boogers on the bedding. The backup/extra blanket had what looked like blood stains. I called down for a new blanket & was assured someone would come get the old ones the next morning. They didn't. When it came time to check out, they refused to add my Miles&More number. I don't think they expected me to speak up about my room.

Standard as expected. Their WEB page says that receptions was closing at 10PM, but I had no problems arriving at 12PM. Still people there. Rooms are clean and nice. Rooms are in a different building, 20 meters next to the reception. Fresh and new bathroom is always a plus. No surprises.

Kitchenette was nice. Would have been better to also include a microwave. I like being able to cook my own meals. Sometimes a quick meal is needed. Having to go down to the community area to use the microwave was inconvenient.

What a fantastic stay! it’s a clean and nice hotel, located across a supermarket and near Sensapolis. We had a very nice stay. The reception was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Location great and venue just great. Spacious clean room with a kitchen. A room away from home with all the essentials. Helpful and friendly Staff. I am actually on the look out for other locations of this chain for my next business trips.

Absolutely LOVED this accommodation. Brand new, spacious rooms, kitchenette, fridge and AC. 20mins from Stuttgart but worth the drive. Would definitely recommend. :)

The property was hard to find. It’s colocated with another hotel and has a difficult to find entrance. No restaurant in this property, but one is located next door. No free breakfast. Room was fine and quiet though.
