Tons to do in any season!! Ski resort, ropes courses, water park, bikes course etc. Great views. Loved the pools, hot tub, & little sauna barrel outside. Room was nice/clean. Not sure how to feel about having to remember different codes for entry of things but it does eliminate having to carry a card around, or one not working etc. Parking was underground inside which is probably pretty helpful in the winter. Beautiful property.

I was surprised the rooms were dated, I had different expectations especially with the nightly room rate. The AC in the room must have been broken so there was a portable unit that vented out the window…it did not keep the room cool. When we returned from dinner the thermostat read 80 and sleeping was uncomfortable. The large dining table in the room had a wooden leg that was bent under and ready to break off. Lastly one of the two elevators that bring you to rooms was down, wait time to head up or down was long. It was very interesting there is no front desk and you hardly see anyone that works there. The employee who was in the little convenience store off the lobby was very nice and said she was the front desk too. Don’t think we would stay there again.

The accommodations, pool, and views were spectacular! Goodfellas restaurant just up the road highly recommended as is the Water Park which is right next to the hotel. The only thing was that this is not a front desk hotel (which I was aware of from the description) when I was trying to get my room and access information the day of arriving as instructed, I left a voicemail early in the morning and no reply for hours, when I called back the phone only had a busy signal and I had no recourse other than to wait. I had also tried to upgrade my room the day of because I wanted a balcony or patio and realized I had not booked that room, but that wasn’t possible with out calling Expedia (no fault of theirs). I got a call back just before leaving for the hotel. Other than the small hiccup, we arrived and it was perfect. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Everything was great. The studio has everything you need and is very clean. The place is very quiet and safe. The pools are at a perfect temperature, the jacuzzi and sauna are very relaxing. The underground parking is perfect. It has everything you need to have a fun and relaxing day. Ideal for spending time with children. The next day we booked tickets for the Mountaincreek Waterpark which is just a few steps from the property and is beautiful!!!! Definitely recommended.

Arrived at the property- air conditioner was not working. Someone was sent it worked for about an hour and then it was not working. Food areas were not very clean and when trying to get breakfast nothing was open

The room was super hot 85 degrees or so the whole night and no one to talk to couldn’t sleep the next morning I spoke to someone who was supposed to be sending maintenance which never showed up. I asked for more blankets and towels, and I was told that I have blankets in my closet and when I went to check it was nothing there and the walk was about a good three minutes from my room to the gift store aka the lobby. They barely have any staff and you can’t get any help from anyone I wouldn’t recommend here.

The property itself is beautiful, but the rooms need updating and better Matresses. The pullout couch was literally the worst thing I’ve ever slept on and I’ve slept on pullout couches many times before. The hotel staff was very stingy with linen and towels so if you like a towel for the pool, make sure to bring your own. Also if you’re sleeping four in a junior sweet you may need to bring your own pillows. The garage code never worked for me and the workers could not fix it so that took up a lot of our time. But overall the place was fun and had lots to do.

Summer stay. Great place to escape from the city. Pool is great and was not crowded despite summer holiday. If you are visiting in winter, the ski lifts are 2 steps from the door.

Beautiful place, everything very organized and clean. Nice pool, great location, very nice water park for kids and adults. If you want to getaway from NYC city for couple of days or even for a day it’s a perfect place to visit 😍

This is located in a beautiful place, looks like it is sticking out from the mountains when you are coming into town. Disappointed there was no where to eat on site. I know June is off season, but the place needs to have more staff around. The gentleman was nice during check in, but it was strange to do it in their lobby store. That said, our room was clean, which makes me happy and just down the road the food was very good at the Crystal Cafe.

The arrival was a little confusing. Male sure you read your email. Or so they said. The toilet was clogged and had there isn't anybody to talk to about that. So that was fun. Only one of the elevators was working so there was a line every time you wanted to go anywhere and the elevator was full every time. So sometimes I had to wait another turn. I paid over $600 to stay here because it was the only place availabe. But I will never come back

The views are beautiful and the lobby so pretty! Our room could have been nicer the carpet was coming up in areas and was covered by a floor mat. Love the area not a bad stay.
