Ac in room was broken! Very hot night! When I went to the desk in the morning and let her know she just said oh sorry and walked off.

I reserved a two room suite two weeks ahead and upon checkin they had no available suites. Hallways smelled moldy. The rooms are need of a refresh. Despite asking if we wanted our room serviced daily and saying yes at check-in, they did not service the room a single time for a three night stay. When asking for extra towels, they brought only one. The room keys kept not working and we had to repetitively go to the desk to fix. Moldy cream cheese at breakfast.

I couldn't stay. On arrival front desk "cash only" sing. Frint desk employee and manager on charge , ask me to cancel Hotel.com and pay cash witj them , and with high rate on $139/night. I refuse , it seems they were scamming the people. I left and went Hilton suites and paid $112/ night.
Never again would I go to that hotel.

3 stars for service only because the two Front Desk Clerks that we interacted with did good.Unfortunately, Betty, employee from the food court, had the worst service ever!Recount on the incident.Upon checking in, I was told breakfast hours were from 7am-11am, which was odd but I didn't question it as I was in a whole different state. Next morning I come down with my family to a full bar of food around 10:30ish, nothing had been put away, therefore, we proceeded to get our food.Miss Betty comes out from the back and starts putting stuff away and in a very rude tone says, "the area is closed". I apologized and explained that we had been told food bar was closed at 11am and it was barely going to be 10:30am.She went on to say once again in a very rude tone,"Who told you? But if anything, it is posted outside, you can see the time there!" So obviously I became upset and apologized once again, but this time I responded in a defensive tone of course, and told her that this was what I was told when checking in, and reassured her we would have not been there if I wasn't given this information.Well, not happy with my response, she goes to the Front Desk to bring the Clerk up front to the food bar area and asks me if it had been her, which it was, the poor girl apologized for giving us wrong info and had to go through Betty confronting her in our presence! Ridiculous! I asked for her name and told her management would know of this. Never went to breakfast bar after that

The security gate was broken. The surrounding area had undesirables hanging around so we didn’t feel comfortable walking the area. Paint was peeling from the ceiling and in the bathroom. Toiletries were broken off the wall.

Staff was great, no phone in room shower stuff missing off the walls, room smelled like smoke even though non smoking room. Bathroom dirty and needs fresh paint, electric socket pulled out of wall exposed wires

Nice. Breakfast was not toooo fantastic ...not as good as Waco who had fresh fruit and some other items etc. An older property but very well maintained. and staff was great. Shampoo fell off the wall in the shower but that was okay. Loved the secure parking.

Good location. The room looked clean, however it had a musty smell. They need to get rid of the carpet. The bathroom needs to be renovated.
