Where do I start:
1. the check in process
2. No thermostat in the room. It was way too hot. I had to open the window to breathe.
3. No housekeeping service
4. The fact that you wanted a tip for housekeeping service that I didn't receive
5. The stupid daily texts
6. No microwave
7. Couldn't watch MNF
8. Having to limp up a flight of stairs carrying a 64lb bag
9. No dresser. So I lived out of my suitcase
10. No plowing of parking lot or shovelling of walkway. Almost slipped and fell several times.

This was an amazing place! Very rustic and beautiful. It was a wonderful relaxing weekend! Would go back in a heartbeat! Everyone was super nice! Loved it!!!!

This place was so cute and cozy. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean rooms. Bed was very comfy too!

We stayed in the Honeymoon Suite! It was fantastic. The room was great, the TV arm rotated so it could be viewed from anywhere in the room and there was access to streaming platforms. So awesome for a cozy night away :)

Our stay was absolutely perfect from the water to the accessibility of water activities to the location and peace ...our stay was definitely memorable

. Cabin 28 is nice Bedroom window was propped open with a stick. Screen has to be removed to open or close window. Some windows have no locks. Welcome Matt is ripped and a tripping hazard. We finally moved it to the side to make it safe and not trip as we did a few times. Needs to be replaced. All things that could easily be fixed with some attention. Great little cabin

Live music at the Lean To. Otherwise for a price of around $350 it was disappointing, and the room description was misleading. There was no one at the desk, although they did answer text inquiries in a reasonable time frame. Still an actual person would be better, especially since the front desk is said to be open until 5 pm.

This is a really special place. It is in a beautiful location. Quiet, comfortable and It felt like there were lots of thoughtful details. We would stay here again.

The price was way too high. The toilet in our room had a messed up flush handle. I was very glad that the property is pet friendly, however would suggest the pet area be mowed. The room was very hot, but the a/c was so loud we had to shut it off to sleep. The breakfast was a nice idea, but wasn't replenished so we had coffee and a granola bar. I recently stayed in Lancaster PA and paid a third of the cost and had a real breakfast (eggs, waffles, sausage, muffins, toast, fruit, ceral, juice)included in the price.

The location is sublime. View is beautiful as is the property. Room was very small and could be a bit cleaner. Good first visit to this area. Will probably look at other properties next time.

Rustic, clean, modern updates and renovation. Very "Adirondack". Beautiful lobby, gorgeous views. Great food at the bar/restaurant. Very quiet. Will definitely come back.
