The room was quirky but comfortable, especially the beds. The floors weren't well vacuumed, spots were dusty and the toilet wasn't super clean. It's a big room to turnover, I think they just need to take a little more time with the details.

I wished I could’ve stayed a few more days! Would definitely return if I need a place to stay in the area. I love that it was built for a bad purpose, and has turned into a good one!
The room was huge and so was the walk in closet and the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfy. Don’t believe the bad reviews, it is not run down or dirty. I think some people just nitpick.

This hotel was advertised as being 20 mi from Zion Canyon. This was a lie. When we left the park and googled the address, it was 58 miles away, in the opposite direction. This was way too far to go back and forth. I called the hotel to cancel, and they charged me 50%. I called hotels.com to complainand they told me it was my job to check to location of a hotel, but if the hotel advertises 20 mi , I expect to go 20mi. I was left scrambling for other arrangements.

Hotel was clean, but could definitely benefit by updating. Staff was courteous and accommodating. We’ll be back.

We visit this place to go to visit the Zion park. However, we have to drive 45 min to the park. I like about this hotel that it was pet friendly, room temperature was well maintained by two mobile ac units and it was spacious. What I don’t like is it feels unsafe without cameras, feels isolated, needs deep carpet cleaning, some furniture needs to be updated, tv remote controls didn’t work well and in general improve maintenance. Staff was very friendly (we saw two) and breakfast was okay. We appreciated the cheese handmade omelettes and country potatoes. They have cereal and oatmeal, fruit, juice and coffee for $10 pp.

I travel quite a bit, and this was by far the WORSE hotel experience I have ever had. After arriving exhausted, I had to wait and then say "hello" to be able to get someone to help me at front desk. The lady had me fill out a form that I have never had to do at any hotel. One of the first things it stated was that they do not give full refunds but possibly some kind of discount which raised a red flag for me. Got into the room just to find bed sheets full of hair and debris. Completely disgusted, I went downstairs to ask for clean sheets, which I then frustratingly had to place on the bed myself and STILL found hair on. Needed some ice and found the ice machine was out of order. There was carpeting on the wall which had yellow stains on it. Nightstand on my side of the bed had no lighting whatsoever and outlet was too far to be able to charge and use my phone at the same time. There were missing light bulbs above bathroom sink and bulbs that didn't work at all. Fridge(which was sitting on the floor) and microwave were both in the closet. Lastly, TV remote volume only worked when I stood up from the bed. Found out this was a very big house that was converted into a "hotel". Heed the warning, folks. Don't believe whatever "good" reviews you might read. They are all BS. This place, in my opinion, does not meet the minimum standards expected in a hotel, and I am baffled as to how they are even in business

Facility was dated and not kept up. No table in room. Had to request hangers for the closet. Hard to raise staff at desk.

There were hairs and glitter in both of our beds. The tv didn’t work a bit. Asked for new sheets and mentioned the tv, whoever was working came in to fix the tv and basically fought the whole time. they upgraded our room, the tv had one button that worked, and there were still hairs in the tub and everywhere.

The room was nice but I don’t recommend paying the extra money for breakfast they don’t have near enough to feed everyone and there was no staff around to ask for help or get more. They ran out of coffee very early and there was no one to make more. I rang the buzzer at the front desk but no one ever came to see what I needed. We ran out of toilet paper and again no one around to get more for us.

I am beyond disappointed that we drove out of our way to stay there since breakfast was included. The only thing they had was 1/4 of stale hash browns, oranges and wheat bread! NO CEREAL OR EGGS OR YOGURT! When I asked the girl at the front desk for something she did not even ask and left us standing for 20 minutes and brought out one small scrambled egg omelet for 2 people. She did not even ask what we wanted. That consumption of time and irritation set us back 40 minutes of our trail day to Zion Park. I forgot to mention she took 15-20 minuted to answer the repeated bell ring at the front desk. I was not offered a credit and I would not go back!

We had to make a last minute quick trip to southern Utah. We only needed room for one night. As luck would have it, there was a baseball tournament going on and all rooms were booked except for a few that wanted $300 or more. This hotel was approximately 35 miles out of St. George but under $100.
We enjoyed our stay and was surprised to find it also included a hot breakfast. We looking forward to staying again when we have more time to explore the area and zions.

Cleanliness was lacking! The shower drain was full of hair, the bathroom floor had public hair and the bedroom had an actual pileof poop (I think cat poop) on it.
We were also charged $5 USD just for paying for our room with credit card.
Breakfast was to be included, no one informed us it ended at 9am.

The Grand Canyon Family Suite was huge! Out family slept in it comfortably.
