Sehr enttäuschend und nicht zu empfehlen

Die Anlage an und für sich ist schön. Pools und Außenbereich sind sauber. Personal Service war freundlich.

Zimmer verschmutzt, schimmelig und heruntergekommen. Spinnweben und Spinnen ohne Ende.Nach Beschwerde wurde sich über uns lustig gemacht von Housekeeping, und alles heruntergespielt. Von der Rezeption wurden wir auch nicht ernst genommen. Wir haben uns für den nächsten Tag eine neue Bleibe gesucht obwohl wir noch weitere 3 Tage bleiben sollten. Geld haben wir natürlich nicht zurückerstattet bekommen. Leider kann ich nur 4 Bilder hinzufügen.

Definitivno se nećemo vise vratiti

Divna lokacija

Hrana je bila jako losa, otisli smo u naše govorno područje a nismo apsolutno mogli ništa reci na našem jeziku kamoli naručiti piće jer rade osobe koje su iz stranih zemalja. Hrana je bila sa puno začina, sve je bilo sa svinjetinom (problem za nas koji ne jedu) ostajali smo gladni. Prilagodili su se stranicama Englezima fracuzima i sa hranom iz ne znam kojeg razloga a čisto sumnjam kad bi mi balkanci otisli u englesku da bi oni nama pravili naša tradicionalna jela. Bilo smo prije dvije godine i puno je bolje bilo. Kafa se plaća ako ne želite filter kafu koja nije pitka.

Milna da sogno

Struttura molto moderna e con tutti i confort. Ristorante ben gestito. Bar vicino alle piscine ottimo. Una caletta privata con ogni confort e svago per i più piccoli, soprattutto kayak e il gonfiabile. Centro benessere e palestra dotati di tutto il necessario. Personale super disponibile a tutte le esigenze. Struttura consigliatissima.

Il parcheggio interno alla struttura a pagamento.

Traumhaft

Die Lage war traumhaft und das Meer in der Bucht sehr schön. Poolanlagen sehr gepflegt und die Anlage im Gesamten sehr schön.

Man dufte die Wasserflasche in der Rezeption nicht auffüllen. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption könnten freundlicher sein.

Location is very nice, room is very nice.

Food is terrible. There is no free beach or pool chair, because people leave they personal staff on chair and leave. There is no any good entertaining content for kids.

Beautiful location, good facilities, good food, nice rooms

Capacity: 1) in the restaurants, 2) sunbeds. Also the seaside is not child friendly, but the pools compensate for that to some extent.

Wonderful resort, excellent animation team, lovely staff.

I like the fact that the drinks are included in the all inclusive package. The kids enjoyed the ice cream and the blowup playground on the sea. I really like the fact that I don't have to worry about taking my wallet outside of the room and worry about additional costs.

I visited the resort two years ago and I have to say that I liked the food more before. I feel like not having many Croatian chefs in the kitchen takes away from the experience of the Croatian cuisine. I didn't like that there were hamburgers and hotdogs in the offer every day at snack, lunch and dinner. I loved the Mexican night because the food was made by Mexican chefs. It was authentic, delicious and a nice touch, but I hoped to see and eat more local dishes. Viška pita was a nice alternative to pizza.

Small, friendly and very clean resort. Our kids loved it, so happy parents.

Immaculately clean throughout, good pools, free use of paddle board and kayak, great staff - friendly and professional. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to other families.

The staff were great, but a better awareness of emergency medical facilities in the area from the hotel staff would have been useful - we had an ear infection emergency. Whilst only fairly short, the path down to sea would have been difficult for those less mobile - a loose gravel track. More organised activities for the children would have been good, if only as a way to meet up with other children more easily.

Nice rooms. Poor food and beverage operation.

rooms were spacious and to a high standard. staff were very kind. View from pool was lovely.

food was not up to standard of a 4-star hotel. There were limited options of food and there were only specific times you could get food. Drinks were served in cheap plastic cups and were sugary with very limited options. Not much to do during the day or in the evening other than be by the pool. There was only 1 bar serving at night.

Lovely setting, great facilities, prison like room

The green open environment is lovely and tasty food

Our room was nice on the inside but felt like a prison cell as all windows were overgrown, no view and shaded so little direct sunlight. Very dissapioint to not be able to relax in our room and have/see some of the outside surroundings present. So many parts of the room were damaged, broken, not working or missing and reception didn't seem to care. They massively overcharged us, took our credit card way over its limit before they fully refunded us and then hassled us to pay not caring that they'd caused our bank to freeze our accounts leaving us without access to any money or means of paying for anything for several days.

Beautiful hotel would love to go back.

The hotel was beautifully kept, it had a real feeling of luxury in the surroundings and beautiful views. The rooms were nice and modern and spacious. We were a group, 2 adults and 2 children both 12. The kids loved the sea and the paddle boarding and snorkelling, there was lots to choose from in the day to eat for the kids, in the restaurant, bbq at the pool and snack/pizza bar. In the evening our girls found something to eat everyday however they aren’t fussy eaters and will eat sea food, salads and are open to trying new dishes. As two women travelling with our children on our own the resort felt very safe for the girls to have a look around. The shuttle bus in to milna made trips out very easy, it is a quiet location and if you are expecting loud and noisy and brash this isn’t what you are getting. The views and scenery were just so relaxing and we have come home super chilled out. The staff worked really hard all over the resort and it seemed the same staff were there all week and worked all day long. They worked so hard, I’d really recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing break, with great views and lots to do in the day.

Nothing we really enjoyed it, the only thing which isn’t the hotels fault the swimming in the sea is in a bay and sometimes the super yachts would come in and use their jet skis which to me so close to people swimming in open water and paddle boarders worried me. This isn’t the hotels fault just a note to be mindful if you do go swimming.

It was a great stay and out time was exemplary.

The staff and animators were top tier(especially Kiki) and the beach was great fun with a blow up aqua park in the water and free use of paddle boards and kayaks. Don’t listen to the reviews about the food because it was standard for an all inclusive resort and the family thoroughly enjoyed it. The room was big and spacious and the sea view was immaculate.

There isn’t a whole lot to complain about here but the air conditioning unit in the room was a bit noisy. The pool toilets were smelly and the queueing for food was a hinderance at times.

Definitely amazing for the money!

Even though most people traveled with children, we had a great time as a young couple without children. The hotel itself is really great and food, cocktails etc we’re good! And as an animal lover I was really happy to see some cute kittens wandering around :) they loved to get pet

On some days the food was just okay. But even as a picky eater I had no problems finding something every day! I wasn’t a big fan of the dessert. The cakes etc didn’t taste like much, except sugar.

Very nice location, well maintained garden, Appartments, main hotel buildings also nice and fairly clean considering amount of people.

One part of the food serving close to first swimming pool where the ice cream was served was not that clean. Ice cream machine was also broken quite often so the coffee machines. But always fixed as soon as discovered. Food was not that fresh - specifically meat and fish. Suggestion would be to have fresh (!) meet and fish prepared for each person on demand - like that no waste for the hotel and customers will get freshly cooked meet/fish. Apart of that food was ok.

Adequate, probably value for money. But with a few simple changes it could be really good

The food was lovely, fortunately my wife, son and I are not fussing eaters and able to eat and enjoy what is presented and there was generally a lot of choice. Loved the local cuisine. Many can't tolerate anything and have a limited palate and can only eat chips (a BBQ with US food was well attended) so there were several members moaning that the food was awful, which wasn't the case. The area where the apartments were located was very well maintained and clean. Everyone, including the staff and guests were generally very friendly. Brac is a lovely island well worth a visit. Bol is by far the best place to go.

The bar, was only stocked for the cocktails and limited choice of beer. For example, there were bottles of Bitter Lemon, but I wasn't allowed a 'vodka and bitter lemon' because that wasn't what the bitter lemon was for. The bar itself looked like a porta cabin,, and was generally filthy in and around the bar area. But the main complaint was the use of plastic cups for all drinks. This was awful. No coffee/tea facilities in the room and the TV was limited. Fortunately I like to watch CNN! The food, though good, could have been hotter. The wine, could have been better. The paddle boards, kayaks could have been better looked after with actual 'classes' training you on their use.
