Location of the property is excellent in Old Quebec City. It is very close walking distance to the waterfront and tourist sites. The breakfast was good. The staircases are narrow and steep in the house but that is to be expected in a historical home.

Wonderful location for wandering. Beautiful city. The room was clean and adequate for my stay of 2 nights. Safe and accommodating.
I would stay here again.

This property is super cute and in a fabulous location however the steps when trying to enter and once inside when trying to occupy your room is extremely challenging
My air con in the room did not work also the light switch did not work so i had to climb on the bed and pull the cord to turn the light on
Also i was snoozing on the bed and the door opened and a lady says this is our room which it clearly wasnt
Not their fault thats the room that they was informed
Breakfast was ok basic but still nice
And Jeremy was a star cooking cleaning and helped me with my bags.
All in all a pleasant stay just some tweaking would be good

Having never been here before… it was fantastic!
Walkable to anywhere, including the cruise ships.
Our room was beautiful with a small balcony. We would stay here again.

The B&B is in the middle of old Quebec City ,
Very historical and conveniently located

We could not get our luggage up the stairs and there was no one to help us until 8:30 pm. The room we were assigned was already occupied.
Very frustrating experience.
The bed was comfortable. Individual on the phone who tried to help us was kind.

Very unique and perfect location. Easy check in and out. Older building with challenging staircase especially with luggage. I had a wonderful deck to sit on and sip wine.

Unfortunately, the B & B title should be taken very lightly. The check-in process was a little confusing. The stairwell is very tight and large bodied persons or handicapped should not take a room. Not ADA accessible. We never dined or were given any instruction as to times for dining. Girlfriend was able to get some cold coffee.
We had the "sun" room with a balcony. We enjoyed our quaint room and it was quiet. The bathroom was kind of tight, but we made it work. Oh yeah, previous reviews made mention of the front door. Yes, it is heavy and unwieldy:).

Very nice location and good parking instructions. The stairway may be a little steep for people with motility issues. Other than that, all is great!

Pro: location, original art, decor, older building charm. Breakfast was attractively presented and welcoming.
Less wonderful: The daily, all-summer street barricades prevented me from reaching the front door. This should have been addressed in the arrival email. There was no blanket to be found and the room was chilly on a warm night. We were not greeted at arrival.

Small but quaint room which is an authentic hotel experience from 100 years ago with a modern smart TV with a small refrigerator.

Great location and lovely room, central to old Quebec and things to see. Tiny room, which was expected, and stairs, just a heads up. Delightful place and lovely breakfast

・Their toilet was clogged from the first time I used it
・Bathroom's smell was bad
・Wi-Fi was too much weak, I couldn't use it
・There were only two papers in the tissue box
Good point was only location

The only thing positive about this property is the location… it is great, near where you want to be. The room was small. No where to put your suitcase. The bathroom is a closet, no exaggeration! The stairs to both the second floor and breakfast area are difficult to handle. Direction for the parking are not clear

My husband and I enjoyed our three nights stay the room was clean the bed was very comfortable and it was nice and peaceful so you could have a good nights sleep to enjoy the next day activities. You are in walking distance to cafe’s and shopping 🛍️. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, thank you Jerome . Hope to visit again next year.

Location was perfect! Parked the car upon arrival and was able to walk everywhere. There is no parking on site but very close by without issue. Self check in and out, never saw anyone except Jerome briefly at breakfast. He was very nice, gave us a map of the sites to see. Mornings were noisy due to construction across the street. I would recommend to others. Without hesitation.

Wonderful hostess. Well located. Careful about parking, it's some blocks away, and, like much of Old Quebec City, all uphill on the way to the location. Breakfasts were wonderful and filling.

Victoria our innkeeper was lovely and extremely helpful The breakfasts were plentiful with lots of variety Our room was quaint and cozy with a very comfortable bed Anyone with walking issues should be aware of steep stairs The location was perfect Minutes from Le Chateau Frontenac and numerous restaurants Over all a real gem !

Charming room very close to shops and restaurants but on very quiet street. Victoria was a wonderful hostess. Parking was not on site but it is easy to stop on street to unload and then park in secure underground lot.

Excellent locations, clean and comfortable. However, services were inexistant...literally. We met nobody from the B&B, no breakfast was offered and message with the door code was received 4h before check-in with no parking info (which was supposed to be provided). In conclusion great spot but to expensive for what is offered.
