The room was smelly with body odors. There are no towels in the room. The air condition is not working. No dinner available. Breakfast, for the price, should have been free. 30 minutes or more from town.

Staff friendly. Dinner and breakfast were tasty. Close to ski field. But room is SO HOT. When we checked in we immediately turned off the heater. But hot air kept coming in from the vents. We opened our window all night to allow freezing air in to cool off. But did not sleep as we had to open and close window all night. We came for the onsen but didn’t use it because we didn’t want to get hot in the bath and then come back to hot room. No sleep. Sad stay. Not relaxing.

This hotel really need update the room we stay are old smell and outdated we are kind of disappointed because we so look forward to this stay but everything are not reach standard The gym is hot old with not much machine the pool need pay additional to go in it was just 1 indoor pool nothing exciting so don’t understand why they charge more on it and when check out they charge hotel fee

The service is Amazing. The front desk manager is incredible. He even went so far as to call authorities when I didn’t come back from a backcountry expedition. They were ready to start the search if I hadn’t returned late that night. I am truly Grateful for his attention to detail because of the dangerous backcountry terrain.
